Cannot select Country of Origin

I tried to update COSTE with my hotel and arrival information but when I try to add my country of origin, no countries display and I can’t type in my country. As a result, it will not let me submit the updated information to save it. It gives me an error message saying that the Country of Origin must be added.
So as a result, I can’t update COSTE .

I am trying to complete the COSTE App but it asks me to scan COSTE"S QR Code and upload it. Where do I find that QR Code? I have tried to upload my hotels QR Code but it doesn't record it. Thanks, Kevin
