Cannot select Country of Origin

I tried to update the app with my hotel and arrival information but when I try to add my country of origin, no countries display and I can’t type in my country. As a result, it will not let me submit the updated information to save it. It gives me an error message saying that the Country of Origin must be added. So as a result, I can’t update the app.
