How to fix Multiverse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Multiverse app on iPhone
Update Multiverse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Multiverse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Multiverse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Multiverse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Multiverse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Multiverse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Multiverse App
1. On android, goto Settings » Multiverse » click [Force Stop]

Update Multiverse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Multiverse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Multiverse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Multiverse.

Fix Multiverse unable to contact server/ Multiverse internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Multiverse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Multiverse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Multiverse
