In order to use the camera that you have purchased you MUST give access to your PHONE’S camera and location. I’m sure your photos as well, but I didn’t make it that far. The only reason they would need that is for data tracking. Some of you may be ok with that but I’m not. even to contact customer service in Ucon you must give access to your phones camera. there should be no reason you couldn’t manually enter the cameras information. Ucon says that the creator doesn’t track your data, but someone is otherwise they would be no reason to require access to every bit of your phone.

I don’t like that you have to pay for 4g to be able to use this camera at all. It’s $20 a month per camera. My kindle uses 4g and there is no monthly fee to use it. At the purchase of this camera it should be included. The SD works fine, but it’s slow to download videos and you can not delete the videos individually. You have to delete them all together when you format the card or the camera will delete the oldest when it gets filled. This camera is not sensitive enough. I have it side by side with my other trail camera and this one with the same settings didn’t pick up a fox or my neighbors dog. I’m going to go with something else because the hassle and monthly fee to use 4g is not worth it.

Had this running for maybe 3 days now. Device shows online in app. I activated the trial period. Made one angle change at the location I mounted it and now it doesn’t show live and says my 4g plan is expired. The quality was decent when it was working. Signal is good solar is good battery is full. Attempted the customer service feature and was redirected to try another customer service with no contact info. Other issues was it was not alerting me in notification with all setting set to do so both in app and on my iPhone. I even paid for the 30 day cycle storage. Did basic trouble shooting all lights showing good to go but still not even a live view. So what’s the point of this? Is the expectation to pay for every live view? Way disappointed if I could do negative stars I would. As a result of a failed device I took property damage from two loose animals came back on the property which was the point of this camera anyway. I purchased this trail camera to use during hunting season. The camera itself is well made and the pictures are high quality. Beyond that, the support is nonexistent. I have mine set up in northern Michigan and the signal seems fine, however it just stops randomly. Also, the SD card won’t recognize the “scandisk” card that I bought. I ended up paying for cloud storage. This is where I have my biggest issue. The cloud storage shows videos/photos one time then the next time it says “no video in cloud”. I try to link into the customer service, because there isn’t a phone number to call, and the link will not connect. Thankfully I only bought a 30 day block of cloud storage, which wasn’t too expensive ($1.99), but this has made a product which could be excellent mediocre at best.

This camera itself has a lot of great features. It works well and the live video feed is amazing. I love all of that. The problem seems to be with the this app app. It constantly asks for more and more permissions to access things on your phone that it doesn’t need access to. It crashes almost every time I open it. I always have to close all the way out of Ucon and then restart it to get any feed back. Even when the live video starts working, it still frequently says it can’t access the photos from today, so it is just blank. I also don’t like that it downloads photos straight to my photo album. My other cam is a Tactacam and it stores all the photos in Ucon itself so I don’t have to have a million trail cam pics in my normal photos. Overall, the camera works well, Ucon is awful. I wish I had something else. Well, really I just wish Ucon didn’t constantly ask for access and that it would actually function as advertised, because I really do like the camera.

It takes to long to download off of memory card and jams up camera. It should download as soon as you want to see it from memory card. And you should be able to delete one at a time without formatting the whole card. You should also be able to save it to phone for future use.

Purchase this for a construction project we’re building in northern Idaho and the remote woods. Positioned the tree cam on a tree pointed at the house, then powered it up. Works perfectly right out of the box. I’m only two weeks in, but so far so good. Was definitely easy to set up. I purchased the one year data plan and used the cellular chip that came with the device. I think it was 120 bucks… definitely cheaper than driving up there frequently!

Bought this camera a little over a year ago and have been running it for 10 months straight. Only problem I’ve had is on rainy/windy days, lots of tree limbs make it go crazy, even on lowest trip setting. The trigger time to phone time is sluggish in areas with very poor cell coverage like mine, but what I miss on notifications are caught well by the camera itself.

The zoom is crazy god and the ability to pan is way better than expected. It’s held up well through freezing temps in the winter and 100+ degree Texas summers. The screws for the base mounts are god for one time. If you move the camera or solar panel take new screws. The cheap chineseum screws will break on the second use. Battery, even after 10 months, are still

Would give 5 stars but I’ve had issues with connectivity for one of the cameras we bought and the battery drained quickly. Otherwise both are fantastic quality and work well. My other battery is still at full capacity so it might be a location issue.

I really like the camera and functions. It's awesome that the camera has a dual mode of picture and also video with the option of night vision mode or regular. It does everything thing I need it to.

I’ve had it out for roughly a year with out having to recharge it. The solar panel works great when placed in the proper amount of sunlight. Just pulled it down recently to look the unit over and top off the battery back to 100%.

I highly recommend, I just ordered a second unit.

I’m super impressed I had a full blown conversation with my girlfriend I was walking out my driveway with the camera in hand and she was in Ucon watching off my phone clear footage and once again it’s like talking through a cellphone it’s awesome I recommend this camera over spy point or any other cell camera truthfully nothing against them but even this cameras video quality is much better for a lower price!

Very easy to setup and use Ucon ! Also loading funds works great the text support was wonderful and knowledgeable!

Keep in mind some settings can take a few minutes or even an hour but the system works great and prices are fair! Appreciate the tiers available it is so helpful to have options for everyone budget! It’s a selling point I am happy about! So I will keep using my camera because of that!

I’m always a bit concerned when we buy electronics off of a place like a Temu. But this trail cam seems to have turned out to be a very good unit. Set up was quick and the video quality was perfectly acceptable. We’ll try it for a few weeks and who knows I may order several more. I’d call this a great value

I am blown away by the great customer service i received. My camera worked great for 3 months. I started having some issues and the customer service worked with me to solve them. After a good long effort of troubleshooting they sent me a replacement. I recommend this app Sehmua Trail Camera any day all day long.

Works good. Has great features and functionality. Battery has never dropped below 98 % with the included solar panel charger/power. Recently had issues with loading recorded videos. I would recommend buying this product for situations without external electricity supply and unwanted use of WiFi internet

This doesn’t cost a lot of money to purchase the camera nor is it a lot to keep the cloud storage subscription or the 4G subscription. Honestly, I wish everybody could know how cheap and affordable this actually is and what good quality Ucon and the device is.

I love this camera so much 360s up-and-down you can talk to people or dear or animals whatever turn the light on night visions great the best thing about it. I can see live video what’s going on at this very moment I definitely recommend this camera.

It doesn’t crash and does all it’s supposed to do. Maybe others have biases against Chinese products who have written reviews on this , I don’t . It works great so far. But wanted to make this review asap because I can’t stand unwarranted bashing of a product

These products are fantastic and work well. The picture is high quality and it does what it’s suppose to do. The solar panels work great. I charged the camera up the first time and there has never once been an issue.

So far I can give a very high rating. The camera functions well and the help team has responded very quickly and very helpful. I must compliment the product and service. Thank you.
