I have been using Jot for over 2 years without any problems until recently. I am not able to share pdf of my forms via text and email. The customer service is email only and my issue is not being resolved. I have been able to share pdf after uninstalling and installing app multiple times a day. This is very frustrating! If this doesn’t resolve I will need to cancel my membership.
The regular jotform is ok. But the HIPAA version is a disaster. The PDFs get downloaded each time with different data. Some things on it are just not seen on the PDF.
You have login to Jot and manually see the data each time. And if you want to save it well you cant because the PDF is incomplete.
We have hipaa compliant drives with BAAs. But cant even use them as the PDFs are incomplete. I regret paying for the whole year and as soon as I am done will leave.
Customer service is slow and to take care of an earlier issue I had with the functionality took 3 weeks and 20 emails. Who has time to go through this again. !!
They should tell you that app had all these restriction or bugs as compared to the regular one. Disaster.
They make it impossible to quit, so don’t sign up! How can I trust them to be ethical with patient data when they use deflection to keep billing you? Also, text is scraped from your consent forms, so columns and formatting lost, meaning garbled.
I’ve tried several times to sign in and I can’t get past the sign on page, very frustrating
I’m sure this is a great program and I expected some fees, but I wouldn’t have bothered downloading it if they said it was $40/month somewhere in the description.
