How to fix FTX Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FTX Pro app on iPhone
Update FTX Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FTX Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FTX Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FTX Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FTX Pro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FTX Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FTX Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » FTX Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update FTX Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FTX Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FTX Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FTX Pro.

Fix FTX Pro unable to contact server/ FTX Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FTX Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FTX Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FTX Pro
