FTX Pro: Trade Crypto Reviews

Hmmmm...Let’s see what’s wrong with FTXPro. You can’t login 80% of the time and when you finally do it will randomly shut down requiring you to login again and again. The only trading site I’ve ever used that makes trades FOR YOU while you’re asleep/at work that you never made. The response time to execute a trade is roughly 12-30 seconds so you can bet you’ll never get exactly the entry you wanted without using market orders. The interface is very poorly made and amateurish and last but not least, customer service is almost nonexistent and the ONLY solution they give to troubleshoot is “uninstalling/reinstalling” FTXPro ...which does absolutely nothing when you do. I wanted them to be great but FTXPro is light years behind the competition. Try Bybit or DYDX or something or you will surely regret it.... to be fair the desktop version is better but not great by no means....FTX should demand their money back from the developers of FTXPro . I’d be embarrassed if I were the CEO. God knows you make enough money you’d think you could afford a good app developer

I get an installing updates every time I go to copy wallet address to paste to and from or check another exchange rate on my phone and when I come back it typically crashes back to the Home Screen. Agreeably it’s still cooler than an app like Coinbase pro and definitely better than Binance I just am fed up. I have to use chrome on my phone just to work FTXPro now and believe me it doesn’t work

Very friendly user app to use!!One of the best cryptocurrencies apps I have ever used. You have everything you need in FTXPro , I highly highly recommend it.

However FTX has got to have the most confusing leverage/margin system and there’s no clear way to understand my account’s margin situation at a given point (margin from what product, contributing how much margin requirement?)
I got liquidation notice when there’s only like $75 spot USDCoin in the account. What are you liquidating?

In addition the support is slow and very difficult to render helpful and needs constant re-ping to get a response. (Also difficult to get support in app. I always have to go back to the website to contact)

Hopeful of the exchange but until user system is better, I won’t use in a major way.

FTXPro is really useful for us, traders, i was having issues folloing cryptocurrency information and news, but with ftx pro just made it easy for me. I only want you to make it compatible with iPadOS in order to use it with big screens. Keep it up.

I love the new clean interface which is a big upgrade from the last one. FTXPro is really easy to use and I think that's what makes it one of the best crypto trading apps around.

Just like the title says, I really like FTX but I prefer the standard one more than the pro because it has a lot more features even tho the interface isn’t that user friendly on phone, it’s still better.

Where is the View All Positions page? I use this page the most in web and can’t find where to see all my open positions on FTXPro .
