How to fix Lystit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lystit app on iPhone
Update Lystit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lystit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lystit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lystit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lystit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lystit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lystit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lystit » click [Force Stop]

Update Lystit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lystit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lystit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lystit.

Fix Lystit unable to contact server/ Lystit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lystit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lystit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
