My favorites haven’t been loading for the past 3 days or really anything for that matter.Send Help I need those tiger Ricky tans b4 they sell out.

To resolve AVNT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AVNT app issues:

Force Stop the AVNT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AVNT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AVNT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AVNT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AVNT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AVNT.

Fix AVNT unable to contact server/ AVNT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AVNT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AVNT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AVNT on android.
