Does NextGem work on iPads? If so, we are trying to scan but it only shows a black screen and then when you click the blue button to scan it jumps out of the application. Thank you, Megan

How to fix NextGem app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NextGem app on iPhone
Update NextGem app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NextGem iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NextGem on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NextGem network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NextGem Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NextGem not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NextGem App
1. On android, goto Settings » NextGem » click [Force Stop]

Update NextGem to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NextGem App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NextGem » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NextGem.

Fix NextGem unable to contact server/ NextGem internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NextGem » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NextGem » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NextGem
