Does NextGem work on iPads? If so, we are trying to scan but it only shows a black screen and then when you click the blue button to scan it jumps out of the application. Thank you, Megan

Close and restart the NextGem app on iPhone
Update NextGem app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NextGem iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NextGem on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NextGem network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix NextGem not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NextGem app issues:

Force Stop the NextGem App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NextGem app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NextGem to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NextGem App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NextGem app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NextGem.

Fix NextGem unable to contact server/ NextGem internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NextGem » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NextGem » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NextGem on android.
