The app freezes when opening at the blue logo. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no changes.
I cannot see my messages. They do not load.
Uninstalled the app on my Android because I was getting prompted to update everytime I opened the app (everything was up to date). I am unable to reinstall the app and cannot even interact with the app in the Google Store now. It's almost as iff the app no longer exists.
Never opens, just crashes right after clicking the app icon on Android. It used to work when I first downloaded it though.
I would love to sell my books with Pango, but the app won't even load. It just hangs on the logo screen after login. This is on iOS 15.7
Pango keeps crashing when I try to transfer funds to my bank and/or paypal account. I've updated, deleted and reinstalled, updated my phone and also restarted the phone completely. The website seems to be working on my computer, but unfortunatly, there isn't a way to transfer your funds using the website.
