2 years agoI am having several issues with my wallet and I have had enough to the point where I just want to close it down and delete the app. I have several transactions missing. I need to know why my transfer are not showing up. Please see below and attachment. 2 years agoI've been trying for over a week to get money out of the app no one has help me at all this is a joke I need my money for my treatment for chemotherapy. This absolutely unacceptable. How would you feel if it was the other way around. I guess this company rather you not get your money and just have it go into a pool they just take it.

2 years agoHey I’ve been trying to figure out the DeFi app and I’ve been trying to withdraw my money from th wallet my moneys in but it’s not allowing me too and I’ve lost hundreds of dollars trying is there any way you can set up a phone call to walk me through withdraws because I’m afraid I won’t be able to touch my money ever again and I’m scared please help I’ve lost so much money attempting to get it out

2 years agoHi there, I’ve downloaded multiple wallets and each time I try to put in an address to withdraw my money to another wallet, it appears as “Invalid CRO address.” I’ve even gone onto Coinbase Wallet to properly create a wallet that receives CRO, and yet it still appears as “Invalid CRO Address.” Here’s the address I’m trying to send it to: 0x8d1e50F2e17aF8Adca76FdffE5cDDB932F285C84 If anyone could help me withdraw my money that would be very helpful! I’m very frustrated with how many different routes I’ve tried and still haven’t been able to figure this out. Thanks again!

3 years agoI am sending 498 btc to another address which is correct. And the transaction started 4/20/21 At 1:19 p.m pacific standard time. It's is now 9:19 a.m. 4/21/21and it is still pending. Can someone please contact me back to resolve this insane time frame to send funds!!!

Nothing good has come out of this app
I bought doge a while back with they allowed with no problem and after selling or converting it’s a pain because not one do you have to have a minimum amount of crypto to transfer but you also have to have a specific bank on their list. I tried sending to my bank and it’s not on the list therefore I just gave money sitting there. I don’t have enough cash to purchase any crypto because the minimum for most coins is over 80 bucks and worst of all is that I was told that if you sign up you get 25 bucks worth of crypto. Here’s the catch. You get 25 dollars off their CRO crypto not of your choice and you have to enroll in some stupid credit card stake rewards for 180 days to get the 25 dollars worth of CRO . Some are 5000 CRO that had to be purchased on the stupid prepaid card and hold it there for the expected time period. That’s like 600 dollars to get 25 dollars . Lastly I tried to log in online and send a complaint and it stated that unfortunately since I’m in the US they cannot offer exchange services to me due to market regulations. Horrible experience and not recommended

Zero Disclosure For ETH fees.
This app targets a variety different types of consumers, I would be the notice recreational trader. Crypto knows that a portion of their clients are like me. Crypto makes no attempt to fully disclose in a clear, concise and unambiguous the amount of and types of fees you will incur. Particularly with moving common alt coins in and out of your Crypto brand wallet. Then costumer service is a joke. It takes way to long to get back. One time they got back to me several days later and since I didn’t respond within like 20 min they said they bye we are canceling chat. Once I finally talked to someone they were of no help. I even offered that they cover one half of the ETH fee which around $90 to move $52 worth of alt coin. Go to Coinbase, they have a smaller selection but they provide you with all the info you need to make your novice choices. I’ll have no further dealings with Crypto until I can pull my alt coin out of it and then I will remove the apps from all devices. Once I can move that coin for 1 cent less than its value I will move it.

Bugs and no support
DO NOT STAKE WITH THIS APP TOKENS DO NOT PROPERLY UNBOND!! For those that are new, coins can be staked for interest. When one is finished and wants to withdraw their tokens, it must go through an unbonding period (for CRO 28 days, for ATOM 21 days). After this period, the coins are supposed to be returned to your wallet. Except they don’t with this app. Been using it for about a year but there are too many bugs, it has become intolerable. Support for the software is useless at best and instead of resolving problems, updates have caused more. Stay away unless you want $thousands, or however much, lost to the crypto ether. Please heed this warning and spare yourself of the headache of trying to recover your coins. I have yet to be successful.
