They took my money, they canceled my order and they never refund me. I try to contact them they have an auto machine that writes back the same thing over and over again.

Ils ont pris mon argent, ils ont annulé ma commande et ils ne m'ont jamais remboursé. J'essaie de les contacter, ils ont une machine automatique qui réécrit la même chose encore et encore.

What’s upsetting is I tried to go back and change my payment option then it says you can’t go back. It’s says call customer service, the number was provided. I called and the answering machine keeps repeating press 1 for French and 2 for Arabic. Nothing had changed since then. I keep calling but no chance. Someone told me when a camel goes through the of a needle is when someone replies. Too bad when it comes to customer service. The concept is nice but it’s a big zero from me. Pauvre Algerie pauvre peuple.

My main issue besides the fact that it’s very limited options, is the service part. I get a message from temtem creator because of a comment I made about temtem crashing, so I decided to give it another try. Knowing it’s hard not to get packages stolen in Algeria...I had questions before checking out on a $500 order, so I asked him if there was a customer service number I can call with questions regarding delivery and no response thanks to messenger who shows when someone reads your message. I recommend working on service first before sales... that’s all customers see. A business with no customer service is a failed business. Will not be using temtem and I do not recommend it to anyone. There is a LOT of room for improvement...I am glad I did not waste my money.
