My main issue besides the fact that it’s very limited options, is the service part. I get a message from temtemOne creator because of a comment I made about temtemOne crashing, so I decided to give it another try. Knowing it’s hard not to get packages stolen in Algeria...I had questions before checking out on a $500 order, so I asked him if there was a customer service number I can call with questions regarding delivery and no response thanks to messenger who shows when someone reads your message. I recommend working on service first before sales... that’s all customers see. A business with no customer service is a failed business. Will not be using temtemOne and I do not recommend it to anyone. There is a LOT of room for improvement...I am glad I did not waste my money.

What’s upsetting is I tried to go back and change my payment option then it says you can’t go back. It’s says call customer service, the number was provided. I called and the answering machine keeps repeating press 1 for French and 2 for Arabic. Nothing had changed since then. I keep calling but no chance. Someone told me when a camel goes through the of a needle is when someone replies. Too bad when it comes to customer service. The concept is nice but it’s a big zero from me. Pauvre Algerie pauvre peuple.
