This was supposed to be a 3 day free trial. I cancelled the first day after looking at it, but got charged for the whole month. I hope I don’t keep being charged, there’s no way to contact or get cancel support or refund, this is a scam
I downloaded the app and signed up for the free 3 day trial as well. They immediately charged me ¥2,600 (approximately $25 USD). The app is now unavailable on the app store and there's no way to get a refund. As you can see from the comments above, this is the complete definition of mobile app fraud.
Hi, I accidentally downloaded the "PocketPics" app, and clicked on "free 3 day trial". I was charged for the month, even though I tried to cancel afterwards (right after this purchase). Is there any way to get a refund for this payment? Kindly advice. Sincerely, Sophie Tan
I want to cancel immediately. It isn’t for free àd I don’t wanna pay for it .I accidentally paid it with my fingerpint. Don’t use this. I wakt an immediate response or I will go to the police .

I accidentally clicket on your app on May 15th, 2020. I contacted you immediately that it was a mistake at pocketpics@redacted.I waited quite a while with no reply from your company. I have tried to contact you numerous times and have never received any reply while of course being charged for something I have not wanted or ever used. I want this cancelled as I had emailed you with no reply at all and my money refunded. This is not acceptable business practices and there is no customer service to fix any problems a customer may have. I
Be careful the free trial scheme

The app has offered 3 day free trial (the policy said you need to cancel at least 1 day ago, it means you actually only get 1 day free trial). I has clicked through the free trail in-app page and agreed on the purchase. Tried couple effects and canceled it right away (within 20 minutes after purchasing). I got charged for a month membership the next day. Be careful the free trial scheme, they set you as monthly membership not trial. Gonna try to complain to apple App Store until I get my money refund.

Be very careful with this app! Before I knew it I was charged 4.99$.
Most apps ask questions such as
“allow *this app* to access photos”, etc... as I was answering such questions, the next screen stated “thank you for your purchase”. Yes, I get it, that was totally on me and my mistake but I’m just forewarning you all that it happens before you know it!
The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t post unless I rated.

So I was playing a game and it took me to a ad and I was like ummm should I get this? So I did and I opened it up and it took me to a lot of ads and I started trying it it looked absolutely terribly fake and it turned me into a hillbilly and things like that so I was little bit upset and I only had the app for about 20 minutes so after that I quickly deleted it before it charged me…. Sorry it’s a horrible app.
