Summary of K-Collect Problems 🔥

- Unable to mark off physical albums in collections

- No non-album photocards

- No indicator as to which albums are fully completed in the collections tab

- Loads slowly

- Home screen is just white

- Unable to find people to trade with

- Unable to find a list of everything needed

I can make it to the login page, but once I put my info in the screen is all white and says “Applicated error: a client-side exception has occurred”. I’m no sure what that means, maybe there are some updates being made but I don’t know why it doesn’t just say that instead.

i cant get past the sign up screen. ive put in my info like 5 times and it just loads and loads and loads and never takes me anywhere.

So, when we i opened the app it said there was a internal error and then the app crashed, i uninstalled it and tried again but i couldnt sign in without it saying internal error

Soo when i try and open the app it says there is theres a internal error and to try again, i shut off my phone, tried to re download the app but nothing is working, i cant sign into my account or even open it without it kicking me out

How to fix K-Collect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the K-Collect app on iPhone
Update K-Collect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall K-Collect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix K-Collect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve K-Collect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

K-Collect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix K-Collect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the K-Collect App
1. On android, goto Settings » K-Collect » click [Force Stop]

Update K-Collect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear K-Collect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » K-Collect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart K-Collect.

Fix K-Collect unable to contact server/ K-Collect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click K-Collect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto K-Collect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch K-Collect
