I have a problem with Cardstock

For some odd reason, it’s not showing my Fleer nor NBA hoops, card values. Please help!

To resolve Cardstock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Cardstock App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cardstock » click [Force Stop]

Clear Cardstock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cardstock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cardstock.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cardstock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cardstock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cardstock
