- Can’t repeat a meeting.

- Can’t record.

- Videos of participants don’t fit in tile mode.

- Switch between any tabs like home/meeting/settings shows the ‘Loading. . ’ icon.

- On Home screen, most used buttons are not easily reachable with one hand.

- During meeting small top screen not easily movable.

- Meeting joiner sees initiator name on his own video.

To resolve JioMeet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the JioMeet App
1. On android, goto Settings » JioMeet » click [Force Stop]

Clear JioMeet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JioMeet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JioMeet.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JioMeet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JioMeet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JioMeet
