App has no “back” function to move among menu choices, cannot get out of its pages. Product is good; App is terrible to use.

No way to navigate. I looked at my subscription. No way out. No way back to home. No way to edit the subscription. Really dumb.

They don’t respond to my emails and I can’t access my account via MUDWTR . Horrible customer service.

Only marked it down to 1 star since I haven’t tried it yet but the shipment came and they automatically charged my card for another shipment. I be tried contacting them twice this week and have yet to get a reply. Hope it’s not scam water

I just now installed MUDWTR for the first time after using the product for a few months. I needed to change the subscription details. I was able to easily change the frequency, but that change could not be saved until I explicitly set the quantity again, which was not actually changed. After seeing a confirmation that my changes wee we RE applied, there’s no (obvious) way to return to the main menu or anywhere else.

I’m always in the market for a healthy alternative to water. Health comes first, taste comes second. I’ve tried Ka’chava, Patriot Powder, TB12 electrolytes, Koyah’s organic freeze dried fruit and vegetable powders, etc..

So far it is great just plain.
Just got my package and it is delicious. I have never drank coffee, but I do drink a lot of pop and monsters. I hope this will help curb my addiction and help me feel better.
Let me clear some things up about this app. From what I’ve seen this is what I think.
1. The lid on the tin is tight, it’s supposed to be. But it’s not hard to get off.
2. To use the frother correctly you need to use it correctly. When you put it in your cup don’t fill your cup all the way with water just about half. Tilt the frother and put it to the bottom of your cup and then turn it on and it does NOT spill all over the place.
3. Customer service is the bomb!!! They have a texting robot and great email service that will help you.
4. The mud taste is great plain and with creamer.
5. Not much left at the bottom of my cup. Drank it all up!!
6. Buy it and try it for yourself
7. It is a bit expensive but to help me get off soda it’s all worth it to me.
8. You feel and look awesome making your mud water and drinking it.
9. I think it’s the cinnamon, but my cup of mud smells like Christmas in a cup.
10. The tin comes full with 30 servings
11. Give the company a try, they are new.
12. The drink is earthy, the powder is just a base, make it your own.

I’ve been a MUD patron for a while now. I listen to their playlists, do their breath work sessions, and have a subscription for their coffee alternative mushroom product. MUDWTR brings all of that onto one platform.

I didn’t think I could get on board and drop the coffee habit, first thing in the morning, mid-morning, afternoon and end of day... four cups a day!
