I was charged for a bag of mudwtr that I never ordered. Also, when it got here it was damaged. I left you people a message by email. I am not on the revolving account. I would like to throw it away. I'm not going to drink it because the bag had a whole in it upon arrival. I will call my credit card and let them know about this situation. Please clear this matter up asap.

I received the milk frothier and I was not able to try it because it will not charge. I plugged the wand in and no red light no green light showing it is charged. left over night still not charged.
