I am unable to login. No code is sent to my email or SMS.

I was charged for a bag of mudwtr that I never ordered. Also, when it got here it was damaged. I left you people a message by email. I am not on the revolving account. I would like to throw it away. I'm not going to drink it because the bag had a whole in it upon arrival. I will call my credit card and let them know about this situation. Please clear this matter up asap.

I received the milk frothier and I was not able to try it because it will not charge. I plugged the wand in and no red light no green light showing it is charged. left over night still not charged. I tried contacting with the phone number busy signal every time. I want a replacement or my money back now. 12/6/23 NOT HAPPY Right now Zero Star!

I tried to ask a question about the Mud Water product that I'm a subscriber and it's been difficult to get an answer. I just want to know if there's caffeine in the product.

I ordered mud water and 3 1/2 weeks later got an email that another canister was on its way. I emailed to cancel account I never opened, no response. Very disappointed.

I am not able to access my account i want to change or order other things . Please respond.

Did not sign up for recurring shipments but credit card has been charged and received an order today. Can’t log in to my account to manage subscription. Had to sign up for newsletter to get to account then the link for manage subscription doesn’t work. Keep going in circles!

I have sent two messages to cancel my subscription. Haven’t received a response. I’ll contact my cc if they try to ship. Also I can’t get on website to access my account. With this service I’m kind of scared to drink anymore because maybe it isn’t what they’re claiming. So infuriating.

Hello, I reached out today to let mud/WTR know that I have not received my last shipment and, after coming across all of the negative reviews regarding their poor customer service, have decided to cancel my forced subscription. I will be stopping payment with my bank tomorrow. I'm bummed because as a small business, I was really rooting for these guys!

I emailed mud/wtr and asked them to cancel my order due to the fact that the product causes stomach upset. I received notice that my order was on the way. please cancel

I have left several emails, with the word STOP, and I have canceled this subscription a handful of times. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE MUD WTR to AUTOFILL my initial order!!!!!!!!! I will contact my bank today, and the BBB.

I did not authorize auto refill. This is not acceptable.

1) I don't want auto-refill !! there is no way to order a single shipment ! this sucks 2) why is there no customer service phone number ..very frustrated
