How to fix Pikomit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pikomit app on iPhone
Update Pikomit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pikomit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pikomit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pikomit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pikomit app issues:

Force Stop the Pikomit App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pikomit app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pikomit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pikomit App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pikomit app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pikomit.

Fix Pikomit unable to contact server/ Pikomit internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pikomit » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pikomit » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pikomit on android.
