How to fix Tinkerr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tinkerr app on iPhone
Update Tinkerr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tinkerr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tinkerr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tinkerr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Tinkerr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tinkerr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tinkerr » click [Force Stop]

Update Tinkerr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tinkerr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tinkerr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tinkerr.

Fix Tinkerr unable to contact server/ Tinkerr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tinkerr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tinkerr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
