This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Not only did my order never arrive, but every time I speak to someone, they leave the chat before we finish talking. And when I do speak to someone, they kept finding different reasons to blame me for my order not arriving and in the end they never returned any of my money. I even spoke with one of the delivery guys for one of my orders and he said he never went and the order was canceled but their support tells me he went and waited outside for 20 minutes so they have a right to keep my money for their losses. They even asked me for proof that I was actually speaking to the delivery guy rather than review the report he sent. If you buy with YummyDelivery, be very careful and expect to lose money with orders ever now and then. I’d rather pay more to send my family money to buy what they want because in the end, with all the money I lost, I end up spending more money anyway. I will never buy with these people again. STAY AWAY!!!

If you haven’t downloaded yet do yourself a favor and don’t do, go and get PedidosYa, YummyDelivery is always full of bugs, they just cancel your order (no matter if you already paid it) and the customer “support” is a nightmare. I’m actually deleting it right after writing this review to never ever use it again! Just because you live in a destroyed country doesn’t mean you have to accept this kind of crappy services specially when you’re paying for it!

Payed for my order and then was informed they were having issues with paying and never got it delivered, yet my card was still charged. Messaged them various times and they simply refused to solve this problem for me. I waited 3 hours and still didn’t get my food delivered. The whole point of delivery apps is convenience and this is app does not offer one bit of it.

It’s reliable and has lots of options to choose from—more everyday. Definitely recommend it.

I was in the capitol of Venezuela, and YummyDelivery was a game changer!! It would my experience all the more enjoyable and see less. Cannot recommend more!!!

YummyDelivery is useless... it has many errors, all orders arrive with errors, YummyDelivery crashes, some buttons don't do what they should ie: "customize" shows the description of the product 🤷‍♂️... and their customer service is awful

With a lot of competitions I like YummyDelivery Service because it is Homegrown…

I spent about an HOUR figuring out why payment “couldn't” be processed. THEN. The order arrived incomplete and without a receipt. So there was no way the driver could have checked if it was complete or not. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

After ordering they’ll take around 30 min. to assign a driver to your delivery way to slow.... also no receipt for your purchase

I’m sorry YummyDelivery so bad, when I open it, so lento none of the image show up. I wait for 45 minutes and still not showing up 😭

The application does not threat well the customer and always is an issue to set the order and is full of errors, too much unpleasant I’m not recommend it at all

What a horrible customer service. They don’t solve anything and they even steal your money. Useless staff.

Use YummyDelivery if you want to lose 4 hours of your time, get no food and still get billed for it.

Irresponsable. Sushi supposed to be delivered at 1:00. Wasn’t here at 2:30. The owner of Pida Sushi was so nice and delivered it herself. Do no use App

Cancele una orden igualmente me la facturaron sin reembolso mosca con esta aplicación en Venezuela te piden foto de la cédula y tarjeta para facturar la orden no se los di cancele pero igualmente la facturaron sin enviarme nada y sin mi consentimiento

Estaba buena pero llegó sin cortar, toda entera.

No es confiable, los pedidos no llegan y si pagas demás se tardan mucho en el reembolso. No dan respuesta inmediata ante cualquier problema :)
