Used to be my number 1 favorite casino site, but they did me dirty, disregarding my loyalty. Where do I start? They have potential but seem to be the worst site when it comes to payouts. Don’t bother with referrals either, I have referred over 10 people through my referral link, all of which followed the deposit/play through requirements, and have only received 4 bonuses. I’m sorry, but I have wagered almost $300,000 in the last year. I deserve more respect and appreciation then not being paid my bonuses. Customer service is super unhelpful most of the time when you are looking for answers and providing screenshots proving that said bonuses have not been payed out to this day. It’s so discouraging because I have big status on mgm and DraftKings and I host a popular podcast dedicated to sports betting/casino gambling. I truly believe Fanduel discriminates loyal customers due to bad customer support agents. They need to start monitoring the chats their agents ar having with customers. They are the most aggressive and hostile support agents and act as though they your well deserved bonus that you never received should be coming out of their own pockets. I have proof and screenshots to back up my claims and still have not received my bonuses. My team and I are compiling all the evidence from other upset customers and experts who have started to unravel the truth about Fanduel’s flaws and overall incompetence.

I’m not at all someone to complain due to anger or frustration, I totally admit that I’m the type to take a big payout on a sports bet and gamble a few hundred on the casino but there is - 100% - something off about the casino, particularly the blackjack games. Although an internet search states they must be compliant with state gaming board regulations, there just isn’t something right about the way the cards fall. The deck doesn’t turnover although it’s clear multiple decks are being used. As someone who has played a lot of blackjack - both live and on other sites - there is something highly improbable about the way the hands play out. I’ve spent a lot of time (as someone with an addictive personality lol) going back and trying these games from time to time and it is 100% a waste of money, you’re almost guaranteed a facecard hitting on 10, dealer always has a facecard buried, they have a bust card showing and hit 21 wayyyy too often, etc. Using basic strategy and playing by the book still results in losing almost, if not every single time for me now that I think about it. They also don’t have any rewards system or customer loyalty points system or anything so there’s really no reason to use this site at all. I just use it at this point to sometimes bet the daily boosted odds bets if they make sense because there’s sometimes some value there but that’s about it. There are better sites out there.

I contacted several representatives due to a pop-up screen saying inactive while I was actively in a game and a pop-up screen saying technical error. This occurred after trouble shooting so the team called it a connection issue on my need even though it didn’t occur on an other game ever . My internet provider also informed me that it was impossible for it to be my connection and there was not a break in service . In addition the screen shots I provided all confirmed that my connection was secure. My location wasn’t reverified as it is when there is actually a connection issue. Upon resuming my game it starts over and forcing me to wager money just to get where I was before fanduel forced a pop-up screen to display every time the bonus jar on any Asian slot played could be rewarded. They force you to lose by starting games over and then cause emotional distress by blaming you and assassinating your character. The representatives never reached back out via email and I wasn’t provided a case number. I had to open a chat explain it all again and ask for it. Also, agents were extremely hostile. These same game on live casino and other casino applications and in person at casino don’t have these issues for me . It has ONLY OCCURRED here . So how am I the problem ?
