Platforms: FanDuel, DraftKings,BetMGM, and Barstool sports casinos all use the same set up for their live dealer Games. Regardless of the casino, they all are under the same roof, same tables. This is a concern because roulette for example, they have a monitor in which shows the dealer where to spin the ball at, speed, spin etc. this generates a quadrant in which the ball will land. All these casinos are making millions off the same set-up different platforms. Dealers use coughs, clear throat and other signals to alert pit boss or others. Why would they need signals if it’s a truly randomized game with normal advantage? It’s a raise for concern. I have hours of screen recording on my iPhone that I’ll upload soon. They target certain players and ensure you lose once they have established what type of player you are. It’s bias and they don’t give you stakes or loss backs like an in house casino would. I’ve received 1 or 2 “bonus” funds in comparison to the thousands I’ve put in. Im dedicating my time to help those who have lost to these sites, in contact with Michigan’s regulation.

I’m not at all someone to complain due to anger or frustration, I totally admit that I’m the type to take a big payout on a sports bet and gamble a few hundred on the casino but there is - 100% - something off about the casino, particularly the blackjack games. Although an internet search states they must be compliant with state gaming board regulations, there just isn’t something right about the way the cards fall. The deck doesn’t turnover although it’s clear multiple decks are being used. As someone who has played a lot of blackjack - both live and on other sites - there is something highly improbable about the way the hands play out.

I’ve spent a lot of time (as someone with an addictive personality lol) going back and trying these games from time to time and it is 100% a waste of money, you’re almost guaranteed a facecard hitting on 10, dealer always has a facecard buried, they have a bust card showing and hit 21 wayyyy too often, etc. Using basic strategy and playing by the book still results in losing almost, if not every single time for me now that I think about it.

They also don’t have any rewards system or customer loyalty points system or anything so there’s really no reason to use this site at all. I just use it at this point to sometimes bet the daily boosted odds bets if they make sense because there’s sometimes some value there but that’s about it. There are better sites out there.

I contacted several representatives due to a pop-up screen saying inactive while I was actively in a game and a pop-up screen saying technical error. This occurred after trouble shooting so the team called it a connection issue on my need even though it didn’t occur on an other game ever . My internet provider also informed me that it was impossible for it to be my connection and there was not a break in service . In addition the screen shots I provided all confirmed that my connection was secure. My location wasn’t reverified as it is when there is actually a connection issue. Upon resuming my game it starts over and forcing me to wager money just to get where I was before fanduel forced a pop-up screen to display every time the bonus jar on any Asian slot played could be rewarded. They force you to lose by starting games over and then cause emotional distress by blaming you and assassinating your character. The representatives never reached back out via email and I wasn’t provided a case number. I had to open a chat explain it all again and ask for it. Also, agents were extremely hostile. These same game on live casino and other casino applications and in person at casino don’t have these issues for me . It has ONLY OCCURRED here . So how am I the problem ?

I signed up this was my second time playing I used 10 and made 535$ to make a long story short my only options of withdrawal were my bank account which wasn’t opened anymore so I needed to add a new one and than check and also picking it up at the counter which the only option was almost 2 hours away. So I found some really fun slot games on FanDuelCasino that I had never seen before and at first I was having so much fun playing slingo’s deal or no deal and then I noticed something fishy. I would only win enough slingos to unlock the banker’s offer when I bet higher amounts and even then the prize would be change. Consistently. Not only that, but yesterday when I decided to play for the first time in a while something even worse happened. I picked the 10 case. When the game started the 10 case was still on the board. When the 10 case on the board opened it housed $10. Now, I didn’t make enough slingos to win an offer but when MY 10 case opened it revealed $0.35. Not $10 even though that’s what the game maker revealed the 10 case to hold. Not only that but on several occasions I’ve noticed the grand prize was played in cases above the number 20 even though the player is only allowed to pick from cases 1-20. How could I ever win the grand prize if it’s in case 47 every other game? I can’t.
This game scams. Computer gets 4 blackjacks in a row? 5th hand is a push? Makes complete sense.

The developers are crooks and there are far better and more FAIR options available on FanDuelCasino Store. Skip this one.

Where do I begin? Let see, I use to love FanDuelCasino because of sport betting, but the casino app/ games constantly kicks you out or becomes an error. When you do resume, it gets stuck. Notify customer services, then get slapped in the face with no bonus and only your bet back. What is up with that? Then tell me to check my WiFi/internet services, and all the other things they wanted me to do and the game still don’t work. The game in mention is Jewels of the dragon phoenix. During hold and spin, it’s fine. Once you hit the free spin, it stops. When I do resume, still the same old screen. When I approach customer service, it seems like they were going to help you and be fair. Then goes around and just only give you your bet back. What a scam! The amount of time and money just to get a bonus, then you hit a “what seems to be a great bonus” is stuck! Definitely a scam don’t you all agree? I have played many sites. I have never ever got kicked out of a bonus nor never got paid out. If it gets stuck, the others apps I have encounter attempts to fix the issues and learn from it, so the players/customers are able to resume. No more wasting my time here. If the game glitches and you need to contact support, DONT DEPETE FanDuelCasino when they instruct you to do so. This is because they’re making you delete the proof that the company did any wrong doing.
I was playing my game and I was winning. I got the bonus round and right in the middle of the bonus the game force closed and then would not allow me to re enter the game. Error codes popped up for a few days and still nothing. I contacted customer support and every person I was put into contact with would escalate my case. After being connected to the third person they told me to delete my app and reinstall it. By doing so, it deleted all my favorited games and even deleted the information on the game that I was playing so they couldn’t prove that the game owed me bonus rounds. When I was finally able to get into the game it did not let me pick up where I left off at like usual. All I had was a screenshot and screen recording to prove my claims. But before I could show proof they closed my case without any solution. I’m so tired of the game glitching whenever I’m about to win then being gaslit by customer support blaming it on my phone or FanDuelCasino . Ever since I filed the complaint the game has been eating my money within minutes of playing. I haven’t won a thing since this issue occurred.

I am an avid gambler and I understand the games are those of chance. However, I watch these algorithms take and take and take and the bonuses are literally non existent. Support is limited to chat where you can’t send files and they “escalate” to email where they send a generic email and close it out and say rate the experience without being able to submit proof!!! Endless cycle. Oh and be aware that if you do contact support, be prepared to go on a heavy losing streak or have your account temporarily suspended….. I was hoping it wasn’t a scam and was only a glitch but look at other videos and reviews. They did issue a $50 credit saying sorry for the issues once. 😂😂😂 to make up for THOUSANDS in missing winnings. Well I thought the update would have fixed some issues. But now I haven’t won a single dime I used to get bonuses and jackpot in my favorite game during the week. And during the weekend is just the bonuses. But lately I haven’t won anything I’ve lost more and more through the week. They can claim regulated all they want. But the only truly regulated are the casinos.
Funny how you can tell the game is rigged. It black out and the order of the bonuses has completely change so it’s impossible to even get a bonus. Also not to mention the screen blacking out. And then your close to a jackpot technical issue. Unfortunately, I’m closing down my account I’m going over to DraftKings. Used to be my number 1 favorite casino site, but they did me dirty, disregarding my loyalty. Where do I start? They have potential but seem to be the worst site when it comes to payouts. Don’t bother with referrals either, I have referred over 10 people through my referral link, all of which followed the deposit/play through requirements, and have only received 4 bonuses. I’m sorry, but I have wagered almost $300,000 in the last year. I deserve more respect and appreciation then not being paid my bonuses. Customer service is super unhelpful most of the time when you are looking for answers and providing screenshots proving that said bonuses have not been payed out to this day. It’s so discouraging because I have big status on mgm and DraftKings and I host a popular podcast dedicated to sports betting/casino gambling. I truly believe Fanduel discriminates loyal customers due to bad customer support agents. They need to start monitoring the chats their agents ar having with customers. They are the most aggressive and hostile support agents and act as though they your well deserved bonus that you never received should be coming out of their own pockets. I have proof and screenshots to back up my claims and still have not received my bonuses. My team and I are compiling all the evidence from other upset customers and experts who have started to unravel the truth about Fanduel’s flaws and overall incompetence.

After doing the “refer a friend” promotion we never received our bonuses. We used the correct link. After being in a queue for support for 30 minutes we were told our wager amount wasn’t correct on the casino app. This person did a manual courtesy credit to our accounts for half of the promotion amount, told us we would get the remaining amount following the correct wager after 72 hours, and FAILED to tell us until after she did it that this could only be done one time. More than 72 hours later we had to reach out yet again because the remainder was never added, told that they would be reaching out to a supervisor to have it added, only to be emailed almost immediately after closing the chat stating they wouldn’t be giving us our credits. I have screenshots of the initial conversations. The same person who referred me went through this same process with who had referred him. Hold your “staff” accountable, not your PAYING customers.

FanDuelCasino is decent , there are far better paying ones though for sure, this one almost seems like a money pit because the win to loss ratio is absolutely terrible. Also if you’re playing FanDuelCasino, don’t expect any bonuses are free play that amount to anything other than a dollar or two, highly recommend DraftKings or MGM. the reward machine on this used to be amazing and you would get free play all the time until they added the purple ticket, draw now you’ll be lucky to win anything on it except maybe five spins on a terrible game. This eats money and never gives you any bonus free play like the other apps. So if your trying to win money and actually be a valued customer and get free play and bonuses try a different app. My biggest thing is it never pays out in a matter how much you seem to play. I get that you lose a lot with casino apps, but this will never pays out very rarely and be sure not to ask them for free play like a real casino, they threaten to ban your account.

This is the only casino app where I regularly run into major technical game issues. I’ll have money down on a game, and the game will malfunction, and my money is stuck in the game. FanDuel was my FIRST mobile casino download.. and for a while it was my favorite. All the others seemed cheep and unorganized compared… more lately tho, it’s very slow to load games. This casino is okay but certainly not my favorite online gambling app. Other apps have many many more games to choose from including Progressive Jackpot games and they offer better promos. This is the first casino app. I found it that people who use voiceover could play these games with the screen readers. Not all casino games are accessible but a lot of them are. None of the table games are accessible but that’s OK. I am enjoying playing this game and it’s not about making money to get rich. It’s just about having a little bit of fun and enjoying one’s experience. Thanks so much.
The Super Bowl bingo was great because it was accessible to voiceover users on the sports app.
The only thing I didn’t know was when the Bingo button would become clickable so if there’s a way for that information to be put in the screen where the bingo board is located next year that would be really cool.
I have to give you guys a big thumbs up for your ability to make things usable by those of us who can’t see and have a screen reading software.

This is also the only app I only get small winnings from. If you choose to not play on it for months and come back, it will let you win that first time you come back and that’s it. You will only lose money after. They won’t let you hit big. Sometimes if you reset you cache or play on another device, you will win again. So I’m pretty sure they are recognizing how you play, how you bet, and they use this to make you lose $.

I’ve been playing in their app for two years and my Reddit group discusses how this happens to them too. There are days at times you will never win as well. Don’t even bother playing on weekends or evenings. Mornings are the best time.

Lastly, my last review was negative and they ignored that and gave a generic “thanks for the nice review glad you are enjoying it!”. So clearly no one even read my review 😂.

I have to admit in the beginning I was not loving this casino. After playing for a few days I fell in love! FanDuelCasino for Fanduel casino states that it has a black jack live and a blackjack classic which they do not have they have minimal slot games which I’ve played every one of them and the only two interesting games are there I recommend the gorilla game and the butterfly game and the one blackjack game because there’s only one not two they need to put more slots on here I see that they have the Holden one there now which is a good thing but they definitely need to add more slots on FanDuelCasino because it gets boring playing the same slot machine all the time and the rest of them are for a little kids it seems like but besides that everything else is great the payouts are fine the sports betting is awesome that’s about it and if you also try to contact them you have to go through a whole bunch of crap it’s not even worth trying to contact them there’s no direct line to get them They should make things easier for you to contact them so break it all down there’s only one blackjack game and they have the new hold them game on their minimal slot machines payouts are great contacting customers summer support is terrible and everything else seems to be fine so I’m very happy with the site besides a couple things

But what really sets FanDuelCasino apart is that in Blackjack if you accidentally hit the wrong button - I almost accidentally hit on 20 today when my finger slipped - but it shows an “Are you sure you want to hit on 20?” message when it very well could have easily taken my money. Also impressed that it’s not encouraging unhealthy habits. I was playing penny slots for a while and it notified me to let me know I’ve been playing for an hour. I personally hate money so FanDuelCasino was perfect for me. I love dropping all my money on here because I know they are fair and regulated. So when I win 20 bucks on a 5 dollar bonus after losing a stack in about half an hour with no bonus or free games at all, it’s like a dream come true. So let’s make a bet scamduel. FanDuel is by far the best casino app there is. One time play-through for site credit, bonuses, and free credit giveaways are all great. That being said, recently there are a few things I noticed that are ruining the urge to keep using it. First thing is the credit giveaways went from opening FanDuelCasino to a random $75-$150, to having to deposit $100-$500 or wager $100 - thousands of dollars to receive anything. And with each update it seems like slot wins happen a lot less. Also the bonus mechanics for certain games aren’t what they used to be.

Edit: One of the new updates seem to have brought FanDuelCasino back to what it once was. It fixed the bugs, slot lag, and game crashes. Also, I played MGM’s mobile casino recently after they offered a bonus.. until I found out I had to play through the money I won 40x! 40x?! I don’t understand how people use that app still when over here it’s a one time playthrough.

By far the best, Casino app and Sportsbook app out there right now always has, and probably always will be.
