My daughter can no longer record videos with sounds. It keeps telling me to allow access to files and media in device settings but I have done that. Everything is turned on but it's not working still
I can't record dances I'm verified and the files and media permission is on but it keeps telling to turn it on
My daughter can't log back into her account sheave a lot of videos and they mean a lot please help
My zigazoo sending me notifications that people are liking my videos, and the videos won’t load, and when I go to my Zigazoo it doesn’t show the number of notifications I have on the bell so I’m having a couple troubles.

Every time try to post a video it says "enable creator tools" when I go to settings it says I have already given permission to everything that it wants.
My daughter has a samsung tablet. When she tries to record a video it cuts out at 2 seconds. Both in parent mode and child mode.
I made an account for my daughter and it works just fine on my phone but when I try to login on her phone with the app every time it says there is a network error, try again later. We are on the same network, she is using an up to date iPhone 11. I have tried to log out on my phone first, checked her network settings, turned off her Wi-Fi and back on, restarted her phone, I have even tried searching the net for help but I’ve come up with nothing, pls help!!
