Fax from iPhone: Send Fax Reviews

I agreed to the 1 week trial for $10 & after 3 hours of trying to send a fax it never went through. I had to go somewhere else in person, which I should’ve done in the first place apparently. “Not delivered” was the only thing it kept saying no matter how many times I kept trying to resend the fax. I saw in other reviews “developers” said to go to FaxfromiPhone & select the FEEDBACK to write to the developers & explain your issue. Well, wouldn’t you know I tried to do that, wrote out a whole message explaining what happened & how I did not want to use the service & etc, an error message showed up saying EMAIL IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW. Why would you respond to people’s reviews claiming certain steps they have to take in order to get issues fixed but then it’s just another dead end. This is a scam. Don’t try it.

Oh & if the developers or whoever is in charge of something like this & their “email is not available”

I had and emergency on a job out of state and downloaded FaxfromiPhone to send an invoice. It worked great and was fine with the charge to my account. My history shows the one Time use but I am getting a weekly charge to my account for something I will probably never use again . FaxfromiPhone worked great for what I needed and will use again if necessary.
Would recommend a one time one use charge

II’d like it better if it charged for one fax instead $10 for a whole week that you have to cancel the subscription. Otherwise, it’s great!

FaxfromiPhone won’t let me send a fax. Then if you go to report a problem there is no place to report a fax issue. There is a drop down menu for the issue and no option for fax from the drop down menu on the developers site. Added to that is the disclaimer for reporting a problem says they don’t guarantee they can help you.

Not sure what I paid $7.99 for. Shame on apple for allowing FaxfromiPhone and shame on the developer for not having a path to assist with problems with FaxfromiPhone .

Needed to send 1 fax as soon as possible. I was charged 7.99 for a week (read the fine print…it renews automatically
!!!) then I was charged again for something—$1.99. There is no information anywhere about how to cancel.
And, to top it off—I tried multiple times and the fax never was sent! Had to drive to UPS, put myself at risk of exposure, wait in line 20 min, & pay $30 to send the fax.

Now I’m stuck with getting charged every week for something that is of no use to me.

I needed to send a timely FAX to my bank and I paid for the one week subscription. Did my faxing within the allotted time then canceled because I only needed it for this one time. To my dismay when I tried to review my history it asked for me to resubscribe. So warning to all of you need to see a receipt of your fax it does not get sent to you and once you cancel you can’t access your history that YOU paid for.

I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I need a total refund I’m not getting a response when I send email and when I try to send a fax it won’t send that’s ridiculous that im getting charged for something that doesn’t work don’t even dl FaxfromiPhone it’s junk it doesn’t work and i trued to get a phone number and it was saying I had to pay $99 or $27 a month for what junk that’s crazy

I paid for the one-week usage period, but no page was sent out. I contacted the service and they responded that They fixed problem. but everything was still the same,the screen always asked me to pay, But I already did paid. My credit card has also shown that the money has been charged. Forget FaxfromiPhone, just as I throw the money in to the trash can

it has a simple interface that makes FaxfromiPhone easy to use It keeps a log of sent efax, which is something traditional office fax machines cant do.

I literally never make reviews, but FaxfromiPhone has me so upset I just had to make one. After paying for a week and trying to send my stuff in…. For hours. It never went through! FaxfromiPhone truly should t be this difficult to work especially if I have to pay money to use it. Never again will I be using FaxfromiPhone!

I had VERY important papers to fax so I decided to try FaxfromiPhone, I paid the weekly subscription and then went to scan each of my papers and have tried a whole day trying to send them and all I get back is an error message. Sent the developers “feedback” and haven’t received an answer…thanks for nothing

Faxing capability works well, editing options are great. Wondering if you are able to receive a return fax as well, or is this for sending only?

I normally don't write reviews for apps, this fax app saved me a lot of time I wish I tried it awhile ago!

Needed to fax a single item, purchased my first week of time on FaxfromiPhone . Slightly cumbersome to use, but worth it if it would work... but it didn’t. It kept hanging up on a single 14 page fax, kept timing out and never ultimately could send the fax. Subscription canceled, will try someone else.

Very easy to use and secure. I would recommend because it is from your own secure device.

Free version allows one to set up to send a fax. Then the send button turns into a “Buy Pro Version Now!” button forcing you to pay to send the fax. $18/month is what I think it said. Apple, the “free” version is not a working app because it cannot send a fax. No one downloads a fax app to not send a fax.

Fax is by far much more simple than others

Needed to fax a doc to IRS real quick and didn’t want to wait on hold for another 2 hours. Downloaded FaxfromiPhone and IRS agent got it and my dealings w ITS complete. Easy to use thanks

I needed a fax for a one time use. And somehow received an annual purchase for 50 dollars. I Requested a refund so I could buy the one week deal, but from my understanding they do not do refunds. I didn’t not feel like they were very supportive for my needs. If you looking for a fax software I don’t not recommend FaxfromiPhone.

I wait for 30 minutes for a tax to be sent. But it works.
