DO NOT BUY.
I agreed to the 1 week trial for $10 & after 3 hours of trying to send a fax it never went through. I had to go somewhere else in person, which I should’ve done in the first place apparently. “Not delivered” was the only thing it kept saying no matter how many times I kept trying to resend the fax. I saw in other reviews “developers” said to go to the App & select the FEEDBACK to write to the developers & explain your issue. Well, wouldn’t you know I tried to do that, wrote out a whole message explaining what happened & how I did not want to use the service & etc, an error message showed up saying EMAIL IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW. Why would you respond to people’s reviews claiming certain steps they have to take in order to get issues fixed but then it’s just another dead end. This is a scam. Don’t try it. Oh & if the developers or whoever is in charge of something like this & their “email is not available” Well, this is the message & I hope it finds you well. Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription. I paid for the $10 one week trial & the fax never went through. I do not wish to continue using the app & I do not want to be charged anymore money. Please ensure this issue gets fixed before I get charged more money. Thank you

This app deserves negative stars.
This app won’t let me send a fax. Then if you go to report a problem there is no place to report a fax issue. There is a drop down menu for the issue and no option for fax from the drop down menu on the developers site. Added to that is the disclaimer for reporting a problem says they don’t guarantee they can help you. Not sure what I paid $7.99 for. Shame on apple for allowing this app and shame on the developer for not having a path to assist with problems with the app.

What a rip-off!!!
Needed to send 1 fax as soon as possible. I was charged 7.99 for a week (read the fine print…it renews automatically !!!) then I was charged again for something—$1.99. There is no information anywhere about how to cancel. And, to top it off—I tried multiple times and the fax never was sent! Had to drive to UPS, put myself at risk of exposure, wait in line 20 min, & pay $30 to send the fax. Now I’m stuck with getting charged every week for something that is of no use to me.
