This app won’t let me send a fax. Then if you go to report a problem there is no place to report a fax issue. There is a drop down menu for the issue and no option for fax from the drop down menu on the developers site. Added to that is the disclaimer for reporting a problem says they don’t guarantee they can help you.
Not sure what I paid $7.99 for. Shame on apple for allowing this app and shame on the developer for not having a path to assist with problems with the app.
What a rip-off!!!

Needed to send 1 fax as soon as possible. I was charged 7.99 for a week (read the fine print…it renews automatically
!!!) then I was charged again for something—$1.99. There is no information anywhere about how to cancel.
And, to top it off—I tried multiple times and the fax never was sent! Had to drive to UPS, put myself at risk of exposure, wait in line 20 min, & pay $30 to send the fax.
Now I’m stuck with getting charged every week for something that is of no use to me.
Be careful when you stop subscription

I needed to send a timely FAX to my bank and I paid for the one week subscription. Did my faxing within the allotted time then canceled because I only needed it for this one time. To my dismay when I tried to review my history it asked for me to resubscribe. So warning to all of you need to see a receipt of your fax it does not get sent to you and once you cancel you can’t access your history that YOU paid for.
