Under the Test & Go guidelines (as of March 2022), we’re supposed to use the this app app to upload the test results of a self-administered ATK Covid test. There is no functionality in MorChana to facilitate this upload. None. The top reviewer said to upload through your profile picture, but that is quite obviously incorrect for anyone who tried it. So I’m sitting here wondering if I’m going to be fined by the government for not submitting my test results. The SHA+ Hotel I stayed at on day 1 told me I could use MorChana to submit the test results, but it’s simply not possible. Anyone telling you otherwise is a liar.

Like all the other websites/apps developed by the Thai government for travelers, MorChana doesn’t work and is a complete waste of time. It is truly astounding that a country whose economy is so reliant on tourism is trying to make entry as difficult as possible for tourists. Despite what your SHA+ hotel staff might tell you, MorChana is not required for traveling in Thailand, just print out your thaipass and tell them you don’t want this garbage app on your phone.

MorChana showed me at Medium Risk as soon as I downloaded & set it up. Why? Because I'm from USA? My Thailand Pass proves I received a negative Covid-19 test less than 3 days before travel & I also just got results back from hospital test in Thailand (taken after leaving BKK airport on way to hotel with our designated driver, as part of our 1-day Test & Go package. My girlfriend's this app App shows Green Loe risk it she has same information as me, except she is Thai. Hmmmmmm?

Worked fine for me, did the update got the day 5 link uploaded the results app turned my status to green no issues here.

MorChana is confusing, the upload of results is done via URL send via notification, not in MorChana itself.

MorChana sent a message and a link to upload my 5-day Covid ATK results today (day 7), which I was able to do. Overall a lot of improvement to be desired such as an upload location. Based on a previous post, someone stayed to upload a photo of your ATK test to the profile picture, which I did as well. Good luck.

First, no notification until the 7th day.
Second, notification provided a link to upload ATK result. I tried to upload ATK card that show result and filled other info, it keeps showing “cannot submit you report”. No instructions and I have no idea what lab result number is.
Bottom line, it is useless app.

Link you receive via app takes you to site to upload picture of test results. Where there is a space for Lab Number put your passport number instead. That was the only way that I got the site to work correctly.

As others have said, despite scanning the Thai Pass QR, the information loads incorrectly (names reversed and info missing) and no matter what you do to try to correct it, you will get an error message saying the information doesn’t match. Totally useless.

100% Worthless…. Who gave this two stars? Makes me regret coming here even more. Thailand continues to make it overly difficult for tourists to spend their hard earned money here.

Scans pass, but won’t confirm to profile as far as I got on this stupid app, edited profile, still won’t confirm profile, stupid stupid stupid, I don’t know what else to do on MorChana, stuck ahhhhh

This application tried to track users’ personal information rather than tracking COVID-19. It’s unsafe and it’s used for political issues. Hopefully, App Store removed it as soon as possible.

What does being near foreigners have anything to do with covid risk? Covid affects all people equally. I’m far more likely to get covid from a Thai person than a foreigner.

Every time I try to confirm my information MorChana freezes and won’t allow me to proceed.

Names are reversed first and last and unable to confirm the details with error message invalid Thai pass information !!

you want to track a virus but don’t offer MorChana in english? viruses unfortunately transcend language

Requires u to be tracked, has no health benefit and is exceptionally tedious. Plus it can’t read the Thai Pass, redundant and unnecessary.

App is not working.

Downloaded MorChana , took a picture, scanned Thailand pass, entered passport, and then kept getting error code even though ever was correct. Useless app!
