App works after download. But when opened any time later it crashes almost immediately

The app will not allow me to up load my QR from the passenger form, including my insurance, proof of 4 vaccine vaccination, US passport.

Same problem as others have noted....... "invalid Thailand Pass" .... I tried every which way... no luck.

The app reports an error when I try to save my approved Thailand pass. I am able to scan the QR code into the system, but the app will not let me save it.

Hi, I am not able to use the Morchana app. I entered my Thai Pass ID but it does not work.

I received my negative PCR result on 19 April at Citrus Grande, Pattaya, downloaded Mor Chana, scanned in my Thailand Pass and entered my data. However, the app now seems to be stuck on the Thailand Pass page. Tomorrow is Day 5 since arrival on 18 April and I am unsure what to do if I cannot upload my LFT result.

I have exactly the same problem as Mr OBrien reported on Mar 17. I am setting up the Mor Chana app while still in my home country, which may be at least part of the problem. It accepts my photo, offers to scan my Thailand Pass, announces that it has 'found record' and asks if I want to import it. The record it shows at that point is accurate. I confirm. It then flashes up a message saying 'Invalid Thailand Pass Information. None of this may matter, since the app is largely for the benefit of Thailand not for those who visit the country. But it would be good to get it fixed.

I am setting up my profile on the app. When I scan my Thai Pass QR code it tells me it is invalid. I also entered my information manually and get the same response from the app.
