2 years ago30 april we arrive in Thailand for our hollidays. We did recieve our Thai pass erg approval to enter Thailand. We tried to load our Thai pass info into the Morchana app. The information is uploaded, but when we push to confirm the app comes back with an error message “invalide Thailand pass information”.? Is a known error when i read blogs on internet. Does it only work as of 30 april in Thailand? Please advise solution. Thx kind regards

2 years agoHi, I Installed Morchana App, but can't upload 5-6th day self-test kit result. There is no upload option and I also did not receive any notification via Morchana app and my on Thailand cell number. I tested my self and found COVID negative and took photos of the "self test kit" results. Please reply back via my email address, I panic. Entry Date: 12-03-2022.

2 years agoHi I need your help I come to Thailand on the 2/3/22 under Sandbox Thai Pass I had already booked my two tests First one at Phuket airport and second one on 7/3/22 at Patong Hospital I get tested at airport and they give me a rapid test and say do day 5 I say I have test booked at Patong hospital They say hospital finish testing and apply for refund I get to hotel at Palmyra Patong Resort and wait for results All good negative They load morchana app for me On 6/3/22 I was talking to them about second test at hospital and they said hospital stopped testing and just do rapid test today on day 5 They canceled my booking at hospital and applied for refund I did test in front of them and again negative But no way to load on app They say come back and they find out for me and just take photo of negative rapid test. Later they say that I will get message with how to load test results but not get They say don’t worry don’t need to do anything I later had a look in app and see when hotel load the app they not put in my Thailand Pass so I load I think everything okay but now on 9,10 & 11/3/22 I get message to load PCI test But they already cancelled and only have rapid test which I can not do because you need lab number to submit I now not know what to do I try to do everything right But every one tell me I wrong and not need second test Can you please let me know what or if I have to do anything

2 years agoInstalled MorChana app a few months ago, but the app does nothing. Initially, it let me register, but since then it only shows the 'data' page, with my status 'Very Low Risk V2.1.5'. The Scan / Settings / Notification buttons are grey and do nothing. Is this app working ? I arrived on March 5 and wanted to scan my Thailand Pass, but the app won't let me. On day-5 I'm supposed to report ATK results. Will the app work then ?

2 years agoWhy my wife gas a green QR code with the first application downloaded before the first PCR test on the mobile from France and she is still in orange QR code with the application we have downloaded after the second PCR test on the mobile from thailand...??? Note: the name, the Thailand pass number, etc... are the same on both phones.

2 years agoI am trying to enter the requested test results. I have used Passport #, The HN #, the ID # and the BOLD black # every time it gets rejected. I have tried over a dozen times. I am positive and finishing Quarantine in 2 days. PLEASE reply too email at. TRAVLINCOP@redacted

2 years agoDear mr/mrs,I try to register my Thailand Pass into the MorChana app.The number of my Thailand Pass is 61c19a37190badabbcd127fb. When I scan it MorChana says: Record found Name Langstraat Peter Thailand Pass ID 61o19a37190badabbcd127fb. Mind you: It says 61o...................... and not 61c...................... . If I import 61o I get an error, if I change it to 61c it also gives an error. If I do it manually, also an error. Also, when I import the data the User Profile page says: First name Langstraat last name Peter. That is not correct. It must be: First name Peter and last name Langstraat. I am not sure if this would also give an error, but I am sure 61c........or 61o......... will do that. Once again, no matter if I put in 61c... or 61o......, both give an error. Please help. 2 years agoi fail to scan Thailand Pass QR code to the app. I try many times. Error msg says Thailand Pass info is invalid which is not possible. I try with manual input, still fail. Please advise what I should do to overcome this.

Can’t upload ATK results. Useless.
Under the Test & Go guidelines (as of March 2022), we’re supposed to use the Morchana app to upload the test results of a self-administered ATK Covid test. There is no functionality in the app to facilitate this upload. None. The top reviewer said to upload through your profile picture, but that is quite obviously incorrect for anyone who tried it. So I’m sitting here wondering if I’m going to be fined by the government for not submitting my test results. The SHA+ Hotel I stayed at on day 1 told me I could use the app to submit the test results, but it’s simply not possible. Anyone telling you otherwise is a liar.

Absolutely garbage app
Like all the other websites/apps developed by the Thai government for travelers, this app doesn’t work and is a complete waste of time. It is truly astounding that a country whose economy is so reliant on tourism is trying to make entry as difficult as possible for tourists. Despite what your SHA+ hotel staff might tell you, this app is not required for traveling in Thailand, just print out your thaipass and tell them you don’t want this garbage app on your phone.

Not accurate.
W The App showed me at Medium Risk as soon as I downloaded & set it up. Why? Because I'm from USA? My Thailand Pass proves I received a negative Covid-19 test less than 3 days before travel & I also just got results back from hospital test in Thailand (taken after leaving BKK airport on way to hotel with our designated driver, as part of our 1-day Test & Go package. My girlfriend's Morchana App shows Green Loe risk it she has same information as me, except she is Thai. Hmmmmmm?
