Complete trash app. Can’t deposit a check no matter how many times I take the picture it always says I need to endorse it which I have.
Worst app experience I’ve ever had to mobile deposit checks. Does not acknowledge the check signature.
This isn’t an overall review, it’s just ever since I’ve had ChoiceOneBank and Lakestone changed to ChoiceOne, ChoiceOneBank doesn’t take my mobile deposits, it can’t pick up my signature when clearly it’s there.
Recent update won’t let ChoiceOneBank open. I click it and it immediately closes. I have an iPhone X
Transactions from 5/20/20 did not appear until 5/29/20. They were not even showing pending as when under lakestone. This caused my balance and this app balance not reconcile. This grieved me.
Is awfully picky. I wrote “For Mobile Deposit Only” and it told me to write “Mobile Deposit” so I underlined the words & it took it.
ChoiceOneBank is AMAZING! I love that I can see my account number, put notes on my card when traveling, and customize the dashboard how I want it. This is a huge step forward. Well done, ChoiceOne!
