I can log into the website at will. I’ve logged myself out and back in to the website several times, manually typing in the correct email and password each time. If I use that same email address and password it fails authentication every time on mytonies so I cannot even set up a new Tonie. I’ve tried two separate iPhones and both apps fail. Application authentication needs some work.

Nothing like a children’s toy that doesn’t work without app, which also won’t work without registration. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for a confirmation email about my new account. Checked the junk folder, checked the email (by trying to login) and confirmed neither are the issue. So I guess I’m waiting for the longest email transmission of 2022. Don’t worry it’s early so I’m sure someone else will surpass, but my kids hovering around me while I wait is just a fun experience. Do yourself a favor and take your gift receipt and return this, it’s junk.

If you want to have your kids stand there for an hour while you get frustrated trying to use this counter intuitive app then go right ahead. If you want peace and happiness then pass on this garbage. You can play any song you want from your phone with out having to stress your self with this silly device.

mytonies doesn’t work and is very difficult to navigate. I’ve tried to set up the box many times and each time the application can’t complete it due to mytonies not being fully functional. Seems like a simple device that doesn’t require an overly complicated app, but the folks at tonies must not agree.

The toniebox itself is pretty cool and my kid loves it. mytonies, however, is basically useless. I can’t rearrange songs (like it says I should), can’t adjust the box’s volume with mytonies , can’t turn the box on and off with mytonies . Can’t do anything with mytonies , really.

We’ve followed all the steps to connect the Tonie to the wifi and the phone app to the Tonie.
The device shows up on mytonies , but we cannot control it. The volume does not alter.
I also don’t like that we can’t skip tracks or turn the device on/off from mytonies .

Love the box, love the tonies but for the price, I would expect mytonies ’s functionally to be much more improved and have features which allow you to control the playlist as well as volume from your phone while the tonie is playing.

Having a hard time adding content to the playlist, every time I try to click the “Assign” button, it clicks the X button instead. Very annoying because I can’t add stories to the toniebox.

The Toniebox has been a must have for our kiddo for almost two years now, one of THE best purchases! I do agree with another reviewer that purchased tonie content should be streamable, as we have big crocodile tears over here after the speaker was left at the grandparents’ and tonie listening is a bedtime must :(.

At the bottom of the tonie shop,it shows the recommendations but when I get back to mytonies it doesn’t show the recommendations and why why why

After a visit to our neighborhood toy store for a much deserved reward… my twins stopped and gazed on with wonder on a red box with characters they could place on top which started a narrator reading a story or music! Then another parent came in with her daughter to pick out a “Tonie” character. We’ll long story short we left with the Tonie box and the witch from Room on the Broom story.
After coming home I open up the box to find out there’s an app? You can record 90mi. Worth of read alouds, messages to my kids, music, or choose from the library of short stories and songs from the website!? My mind was 🤯!
mytonies is extremely polished and is easy to navigate. Both the software and hardware are ready for prime time!! My 3yo twins got their hands on it as I showed them how to skip through stories and fast forward or remind and their minds were just as 🤯!
The Tonies box itself is awesome… the characters is genius, and mytonies is a bow that is perfectly tied on the coolest device we have come across!
Everything is easy to set up record and play!!

Love mytonies . Easy to download any new tonie figures we get via mytonies . Then my kids take charge controlling volume, skipping tracks etc on their Tonies. Plus, I love that I can record chapter books that my kids can’t quite read independently via mytonies . When they’re in bed, I use mytonies to record myself reading on my phone, then can easily load onto a creative tonie and give for birthdays, holidays, etc. My 5 and 7 year old’s reading skills have improved so much since we got our Tonies and gave them access to read books a little beyond their reading level when they follow along with the text.
