Nothing like a children’s toy that doesn’t work without app, which also won’t work without registration. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for a confirmation email about my new account. Checked the junk folder, checked the email (by trying to login) and confirmed neither are the issue. So I guess I’m waiting for the longest email transmission of 2022. Don’t worry it’s early so I’m sure someone else will surpass, but my kids hovering around me while I wait is just a fun experience. Do yourself a favor and take your gift receipt and return this, it’s junk.
Authentication issues

I can log into the website at will. I’ve logged myself out and back in to the website several times, manually typing in the correct email and password each time. If I use that same email address and password it fails authentication every time on the app so I cannot even set up a new Tonie. I’ve tried two separate iPhones and both apps fail. Application authentication needs some work.
Terrible app

The app doesn’t work and is very difficult to navigate. I’ve tried to set up the box many times and each time the application can’t complete it due to the app not being fully functional. Seems like a simple device that doesn’t require an overly complicated app, but the folks at tonies must not agree.
