How to fix geteduroam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the geteduroam app on iPhone
Update geteduroam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall geteduroam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix geteduroam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve geteduroam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

geteduroam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix geteduroam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the geteduroam App
1. On android, goto Settings » geteduroam » click [Force Stop]

Update geteduroam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear geteduroam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » geteduroam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart geteduroam.

Fix geteduroam unable to contact server/ geteduroam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click geteduroam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto geteduroam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
