Application does not work. Do not waste your time.

After downloading I opened MagicPhotoEraser and a photo of what looked like a woman’s body was shown … lace underwear, no bra (side boob) … so I deleted. Would have liked to see if MagicPhotoEraser really could remove unwanted things in photos, but this was weird and didn’t feel MagicPhotoEraser was legit.

Developer scam. AVOID MagicPhotoEraser.

I try it but nothings happening

doesn’t seem to actually use the surrounding image, just blues out the thing you want gone

No magic at all, how can an « app » like this be on MagicPhotoEraser store?

MagicPhotoEraser does nothing. I select a region, ask it to be erased, and nothing happens

Followed the directions, would not work. Useless

I’ve been trying to get this to do one basic job, erase an object, and it won’t do it

I tried 4 times and the "Magic Eraser" erases nothing. No change to the photo at all.

Deleting MagicPhotoEraser now.

Each time I try to use MagicPhotoEraser, both on their pics and mine, it throws me completely out of MagicPhotoEraser while I try to erase. I thought this might be a helpful app but I guess not. Sad.

Got it as a download from app advice. Have tried a few times to remove objects, way too much and not very effective. Too bad had higher hopes for it

Portrait mode only and does absolutely nothing when trying to use. 😕

There are frequent updates so hopefully this will become a useable app in the future. 🤔

Open app start erasing and app crashing

Well, it sort of works but it really needs work. For a start any app in 2022 needs to work in landscape mode as there are people who use keyboards! Secondly, One needs to be able to scroll around the screen in mask mode. Thirdly it needs to have an auto mask fill once you draw a boundary around the object. Then it needs a opacity slider. And the AI definitely needs work. Some objects are removed ok, some are a disaster.
It basically offers no more than a healing brush does in a photo app like Lightroom and is way more klunky.
I think it needs some work and refinement .

It does seem to erase given enough time. At times, it does not seem to be working, but eventually does appear to remove items.
If the process could be a little quicker, and if you had the ability to choose what shows up after the erasure, this would improve the usefulness of MagicPhotoEraser . Also if you could erase more precisely, this would improve functionality.

After reading reviews, I was Leary about trying, but since it stated it had been recently updated I decided to give it a try. I was totally amazed at the results. It completely removed the object without leaving anything else behind like distortions. Directions seemed to be easy enough to follow and after playing around with it, I had success. Other reviews were older and mine was today @ 01/16/24. So try it!
