How to fix FyDub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FyDub app on iPhone
Update FyDub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FyDub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FyDub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FyDub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FyDub Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FyDub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FyDub App
1. On android, goto Settings » FyDub » click [Force Stop]

Update FyDub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FyDub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FyDub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FyDub.

Fix FyDub unable to contact server/ FyDub internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FyDub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FyDub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
