MetroPlus Virtual Visit Reviews

I literally waited for over 2 1/2 hours for the doctor to come on. The first time I waited about an hour and then I had to start all over again now I'm waiting for the second time and the doctor was waiting for it indicated that I was next and then a right of me to a different doctor in which it keeps telling me on the next person....I'm still waiting,.....

Not sure about all but Dr Ronald Stratton made me feel rushed and really didn’t care. He made sure to tell me other people were waiting and didn’t really say or do anything. Just to go talk to my primary doctor. Complete waste. Pretty sure he’s running thru patients to make all the money he can. Will not be using MetroPlusVirtualVisit again

I would love to actually be able to talk to someone and test this service, but I’ve been checking for days at all hours and the only 3 doctors listed are constantly offline. This service claims to be “24/7”...so much for that? definitely didn’t help me.

I put all my information in and it keeps saying to refresh my page to see active practices or to call to sign up which I’m already on a plan and put my information in.

App doesn’t even open it just crashes everytime i try to open it

Pro:

I love how quick and easy it is ro access a needed provider from the comfort of my home. Knowing all my information is saved and I can easily share my medical record with the provider.

Con:

It can occasionally feel a bit rushed. But then again the Pro is that you don’t have to wait for hours and hours in a doctors office or in a doctors waiting room.

Another Pro:
It’s a great way to stay safe during this huge pandemic and nerve racking moment we are all living.

I enjoyed my visit with my doctor who I found to be very experienced and knowledgeable. She listens and was not quick to prescribe drugs and end my visit quickly. Thanks Dr. Oritsetsemaye Otubu and MetroPlus for affording me this visit from the comfort of my home.

If I know I’m taking 4 or more medications for a medical reason other then wanting to speak with a psychiatrist’ I would like to recommend a visit to come see the Doctor next time.

Thanks to God this exists especially in a time like this and that amazing doctors are working! Thank you for all that you all are doing I really appreciate it and I know many like myself appreciate it as well!!!

Took all but 30 second to see a friendly and efficient doctor :)

The virtual visit in my case was a success. Doctor was knowledgeable and caring. Will definitely advise MetroPlus members use this service.
