How to fix MoneyDolly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MoneyDolly app on iPhone
Update MoneyDolly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MoneyDolly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MoneyDolly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MoneyDolly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MoneyDolly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MoneyDolly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MoneyDolly App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoneyDolly » click [Force Stop]

Update MoneyDolly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoneyDolly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoneyDolly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoneyDolly.

Fix MoneyDolly unable to contact server/ MoneyDolly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoneyDolly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoneyDolly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MoneyDolly
