I am an existing subscriber of the KC India Mart web store and Whenever I am trying to login through same credential it is not allowing me access even when I am trying to click on forgot password no email sent and not able to reset password through app.
Password reset doesn’t work. Basic functionality of KCIndiaMart isn’t working. There was no otp provided to email whenever I request a password reset.
No option for login there is only one option for signing
Basic functionality is not working, app failed to send otp to reset pwd , even after multiple attempts.
I am able to use the same credentials on website. But KCIndiaMart does not allow me to login.
I suspect that the intent is to deny patrons from using the rewards and redeem them at Desi Bites. The promised / stated url to the registered email never works. Well, not even in the spam/junk folder !
Existing customers need to signup again by checking existing customers. I appreciate all the work this store is doing in this pandemic . More power to you guys
