How to fix Westmed app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Westmed app on iPhone
Update Westmed app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Westmed iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Westmed on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Westmed network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Westmed Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Westmed not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Westmed App
1. On android, goto Settings » Westmed » click [Force Stop]

Update Westmed to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Westmed App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Westmed » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Westmed.

Fix Westmed unable to contact server/ Westmed internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Westmed » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Westmed » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
