Since it is impossible to reach this app by phone, I have tried to contact my daughter’s doctor through Westmed. It does not work. You have an option to search by name and state, then nothing happens. Extremely frustrating. I am not interested in any new doctors with this app in the future.

So easy to use. All I had to do is download and start the visit. Not sure why others are having such an issue.

I have not been able to input or retrieve any information from Westmed, a total waste of time and a total waste of storage on my device. The so called app reflects the downward spiral of this app and the inferior service and quality of their entire organization.

Westmed is not working, will not take information and since I apparently have a this app account with my email on it, it will not allow that account here. Also it will not let me post a picture.
