So IntelligentHub has changed drastically over the last several years, for the better. It allows me to access my work apps like Concur and Jira and my benefit pages. Also, I can look up my colleagues via the People tab. Overall, very helpful app.

My employer is utilizing Hub for all off-site work related access. While I understand the reasons for & agree with why. Nearly every single time I need to access apps within Hub, I am met with an inability for IntelligentHub to finish connecting (ie. the page keeps repetitively trying to load). It’s absolutely insane that I have to call our IT department whenever I want/need to get access from home. The worse app I’ve ever used (surpassed only by the other apps within Hub that are also work related).

Hub is absolutely phenomenal. It has made it so much easier for me to do my job by accessing apps and VDI quickly and securely. It also keeps me updated on urgent company notices and communications. I use the People search app multiple times a day. It is absolutely invaluable.

Using Intelligent Hub has really been great for me, as I don’t have to go to 5 different apps to get things done.

You can tell they really put a lot of time and effort into Hub. I was hesitant at first, but I’m glad I opted in on my personally owned device!

I had to install the Agent on my new iPhone 11 and it just doesn’t load. I have tried deleting IntelligentHub , shutting the phone down and downloading multiple times. The worst part was I thought I was almost done configuring after installing the profile successfully yet the Hub dialog says you are about to leave midway and may need to start from scratch…no proper technical diagnosis or help either!!!!!

IntelligentHub was nice while I was able to use it. Now that I have gotten a new phone it doesn’t work anymore. I can’t even get onto the log in screen. It just stays white and will load for hours. Plus support is no help either.

Put your iPhone airplane mode . And it will get past the loading screen!!!Turn off airplane .than enter your server .

I now have a new Walmart phone to do my work with and I tried taking this off of my phone and I can’t get it off my phone and it’s eating my battery. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get this off my phone?It will not uninstall it will not move to trash

My most used feature is actually the people explorer. So many people in my organization, it helps to know if I’m talking to a newbie or a Boss!! Hahaha!

I recently upgraded to the iphone 13, and since then i have not been able to get through the loading screens on IntelligentHub It won’t even give me the option to log in. which makes it extremely difficult to see my work schedule for upcoming days/weeks. Please fix it!

Hub makes getting my apps and searching for my coworkers easier.

Why my company would trust this junk app is beyond me. Been trying to load it for 3 days and all of the other reviews claim the same thing…you get stuck during configuration phase.

With today’s technology, why would anyone accept this junk to perform their business. Just read the reviews. Do not trust this crap.

Really great and quick way to reconnect to a network and capture all of the updates and news.

Stuck in loading screen. Reinstalled, deleted profiles, re-downloaded profiles. In spite of downloading profiles and trusting certificate, app was not able to verify the trusted profile and would not let me proceed. Now I am stuck in loading screen in spite of doing all given work arounds. Wasted hrs trying to set this up

Use it everyday for my app access needs on multiple devices

We use this at work and it is awesome! It makes downloading all my apps for work a breeze

The MDM container on my phone blocked an update for a work application installed and managed through Intelligent Hub. My company’s IT dept suggested deleting Hub and reinstalling. Now I am stuck on a loading screen when I try to log in and I cannot get ANY of the work apps redownloaded without being logged into IntelligentHub. PIECE OF CRAP!!!!

IntelligentHub worked fine on my old iPhone, but once I got a new one and transfer my information, IntelligentHub stopped working. All it loads is a blank screen and I can’t do anything and it doesn’t do anything pass that. Even after hours of being open IntelligentHub stays blank.

Works pretty well as long as the admin configured the software properly.

I am trying to reach the developer before I review this product. My company uses it however as I tried to download IntelligentHub and get started - it is in lock down about 60% of the way through inside IntelligentHub to get started for profile and then I get an error sign eventually to log back in. And the same thing happens again. I have deleted and reinstalled IntelligentHub 4 times hoping to clear out progress to start fresh but it keeps starting there. I have shut down phone (iPhone 10xr) and still no luck.

How can we fix this so I can get access to IntelligentHub to do my job. Thanks

I used IntelligentHub to access my work email on my personal phone. I’m not sure if it’s IntelligentHub developers’ fault or my company’s, but the device management profile I have to download to get this access constantly asks for permission to install 10 apps that I don’t need. I was able to turn this off once, but the device management profile recently asked me to change my expired iPhone password. I deleted the device management profile and then this buggy and inconvenient app. There has to be a better way to securely access my company email account, NBC.

Ditto the others who had problems installing on a new device. The profile refuses to install. That said, even on my old device this suite was barely usable. I could get my email, but that's about it. It would redirect links to is own browser which almost never worked. Any useful information contained in an email can't be used elsewhere because it can't be saved outside IntelligentHub . It also doesn't allow you to use third-party keyboards which can be a pain (once you get used to a swipe-style keyboard the iOS keyboard is not attractive).

My manager at Sam’s got me to download IntelligentHub so I could use the MyProductivity features but it never works. CONSTANT app crashes, when I would try and print multiple signs it would print the SAME sign over and over again unless I would completely sign out of IntelligentHub and sign back in every time I printed 1 sign, the privacy of IntelligentHub is VERYYYYYYY sketchy (Ex: you have to give almost complete control of your phone over to Walmart), my battery drains twice as fast if not more even if I am not even using IntelligentHub . Back to the drawing board guys. This is AWFUL

Ever since IntelligentHub updated to 6.0, I have been unable to use Siri to set reminders with my Apple Watch. I know it sounds TOTALLY unrelated and I don’t really understand how it works myself. I have factory reset my phone and it worked perfectly fine until I installed my employers profile using this application. Something about the install of the profile breaks Siri’s ability to write reminders to my iCloud account using Apple Watch. It’s totally bizarre. Developers, can you fix this somehow???

UPDATE: The Oct 10 update fixed the issue and it no longer crashes. I was able to use it to setup and install the management profile.

Crashes at first step of setup on new iPhone 11s. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IntelligentHub as well as power cycling the phone. IntelligentHub always crashes at the start of setup.

My company has used AirWatch (and now Workspace ONE) for a long time. The new version of IntelligentHub is great. I love not having to type in my password and log into apps anymore - IntelligentHub lets me do it automatically. I also like having all my work apps in a single location.

I can access our corporate network and email, but NOT the tool I really need to do my job—our sales force CRM.

It worked until I updated the software on my phone. Now? Nothing. I’m back to dragging my laptop everywhere and fumbling through dual authentication every time I want to access my sales portal. Not even my iPad will connect with it.

This needs to be fixed right away. Most people are using iPhones / iPads. This is a dealbreaker for us.

I’ve been using this since the old air-watch mdm agent days and IntelligentHub is essential to my daily life as a businessman. It’s on point and just keeps getting better release after release. Thanks for addressing some of my concerns previously 😘.

How my company (TCS) keeps using this crap application is beyond me. DO not ever get a new phone and attempt to download this again and use it. The platform is broken and it will tell you your logon credentials are wrong. It's the same freaking login I use every day! This has been like this for months. IntelligentHub is crap!! I don't get why we don't go to outlook or use something else? It's 2019 and its like I'm trying to steak a bone from a dog! IntelligentHub deserves less than one star! Crap app!!

I installed this at the direction of our IT department, along with some other apps for enterprise email access. Recently, I noticed I was having issues with my mobile email access and my battery was draining insanely fast, even with all apps closed. My battery settings didn’t identify Hub as the culprit, but the difference was obvious as soon as I uninstalled it. I’ll avoid having IntelligentHub installed as long as I can.

Ever since this program switched over push notifications no longer come through my work email. It is very frustrating having to go in and pull down to refresh all the time. Before the emails came right through. I think the developers should take a look at all the comments and begin to make a fix for all the listed problems IntelligentHub has.

Go in your iPhone settings - Safari - then clear internet files and data. Then, delete IntelligentHub , reboot your phone, and reinstall. Also go to Hub in the iPhone settings and and make sure cellular data is on.

IntelligentHub has greatly improved how and when I work. Having all my apps accessible in one place without the need for passwords is great!

After I deleted the management profile, IntelligentHub is still showing that I’m enrolled.

I also have no way to re-enroll from IntelligentHub . Even if I delete IntelligentHub and management profile. Installing IntelligentHub will just automatically log me back in and not able to install the management profile again.

I’d give a zero star if possible.
