How to fix NDI HX Camera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NDI HX Camera app on iPhone
Update NDI HX Camera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NDI HX Camera iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NDI HX Camera on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NDI HX Camera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NDI HX Camera Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NDI HX Camera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NDI HX Camera App
1. On android, goto Settings » NDI HX Camera » click [Force Stop]

Update NDI HX Camera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NDI HX Camera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NDI HX Camera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NDI HX Camera.

Fix NDI HX Camera unable to contact server/ NDI HX Camera internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NDI HX Camera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NDI HX Camera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NDI HX Camera
