For the price the smart watch is okay but the smart features are not too smart. I’ve contacted support many times over two months. They always respond but never fix the problem even with latest update last week.

My primary problem is the weather function is completely inaccurate. The watch gets the data from my phone app. Even though the phone app knows my exact location, the weather is wrong. I’ve asked several times how they retrieve weather data (which source) but no specifics are offered.

The sleep tracking also isn’t very accurate. It thinks I’m sleeping even when I’m sitting in bed and get up and walk around.

Heart rate tracking seems good.

Steps tracking is in the right ball park when compared to the iPhone tracker. Hard to confirm accuracy.

Phone call notifications are helpful especially when my phone is on vibrate. All Other notifications for iMessage, news alerts, etc not as helpful because it’s all or nothing. You either turn on all alerts so watch is buzzing constantly or no alerts.

I bought this mainly for health tracking. Steps seem to be accurate along with bpm monitoring.

Only problem I really have is the weather it’s never accurate today was not 65 it was closer to 80 something here! 🤦‍♀️

Notifications are a joke. I have an iPhone it’s either I get just my emails which are all junk anyway or nothing. I could care less about my texts as they require me to use my phone to type back more than half the time anyway but TINWOO itself needs to be updated to be more user friendly. Who uses the apps that are in the notification filter?

TINWOO works excellent with no issue on the iphone and watch. No crashes. Pairing took 10sec, just like pairing headphone Bluetooth. Very happy with TINWOO and watch. I use the watch for work only(ER nurse) and I use my Apple Watch for our/bout. I only need/use time, weather, alarm, and text/notifications for work. Don’t expect Facebook, stocks and other apps as this is not the watch/app for it.

I just got this watch And first off I’d like to say it’s really nice and second I love the fact it gets phone message text message whatsapp message gmail message and weather message and does all health tracking too.
So no complaints here

TINWOO and watch are amazing. The love the features with the watch and that you can control your music and you can see what your bpm also that you can change the display. All in all a killer watch and app.

I purchased the watch mainly for health tracking including sleep tracking. I sleep from 6 pm to 2 am because of my work schedule. For some reason the sleep tracking only starts at 8 pm. Do you realize people have all sorts of sleep schedules??? Some people work all night and sleep in the day. You should at least allow people to set the parameters of their “night” time.

The watch is only as good as the software. And TINWOO falls short. There is a bug that keeps reminding me of my weekly spending even though I am not getting those notifications. The notification part of TINWOO needs a lot of work. It’s not useful as is current form. Looking forward to a major update.

This is my first day using it. Went through all the manual. The sleep checker thing I need to look at more but I have set up everything in app. And so far good

Step counter is not accurate. There is no way I walked 8 miles Weather in most cases does not sync properly. It would be nice for a better watch faces.

How can I connect the watch notifications to my iPhone 8. It was working for a few months and now it’s not connected. So how can I fix it?

Everything works great but I wish I could see my text message from my phone

Watch doesn’t receive any text message notifications. I have tried everything they recommend. Needs work. Need a major update to fix text notifications or the watch is basically pointless.

First, I like the watch overall, but like other reviewers, I have no clue where it is getting the weather. The software doesn’t give me any control over where it gets it and that’s a BIG problem.

The watch will not pair with TINWOO app says no device found. Bluetooth is on it worked for a few days than nothing. App has been reinstalled but still app won’t pair with watch.

The weather is way off. It was 81 degrees where I was and the watch said 68 even after it synced. I keep getting notifications even though I cleared them on the watch and phone.

The watch is fantastic! Weather portion stinks. It’s always 71 degrees according to the watch. It’s 85 out there. The other day the watch showed 35! In July! In the Southeast! Please fix!

I really do like this watch for the price. I’m not sure how to setup the weather. It doesn’t show me weather or temperature.

Watch starts to run fast if I don’t pair with a phone after connecting to phone time is set to the phones time

No way to adjust time on the watch must pair with phone

When using the battery saving features and twisting my wrist the watch takes a few moments to display which is annoying

Good watch for heart rate, steps and call notifications. Bad watch for sleep, weather and other notifications.

Good for the most part but the weather function is horrible. I’m assuming the weather is based off of the GPS location of the user, but the data is completely inaccurate. It says it’s raining, when there are clear skies and 75 degrees. Please fix this.

Please upgrade TINWOO with more watch faces and better calibration for steps, temperature etc.
With IOs14 capabilities. Watch is useless without a major upgrade.

It has a feature we’re you can see the weather on the watch but you can’t. It says in the menu to press the weather icon but if I do it won’t do anything. They need to fix this NOW!

Can’t get text notifications to work. I don’t need to take pictures remotely but I do need texts notifications.

Honestly the watch is ok, it’s just not good at weather and steps which make it a bad exercise watch but good timing watch.

Like the watch, hate TINWOO . Now I can’t even get them to connect anymore.

Can’t connect with my phone!!!!!
