How to fix Stellium app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stellium app on iPhone
Update Stellium app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stellium iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stellium on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stellium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stellium Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stellium not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stellium App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stellium » click [Force Stop]

Update Stellium to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stellium App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stellium » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stellium.

Fix Stellium unable to contact server/ Stellium internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stellium » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stellium » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
