This is the worst app to use for delivery services!
They have the worst customer service and drivers are almost always late.
Once you register you can’t change your data i.e email for example. When I called them they said you can’t amend anything .. if you want create a new account which btw requires a phone number.
If there was an option for -5 stars that would be my rating
Depends on the driver some drivers takes 2 hors after taking your stuff to deliver it to you
no one cares about if there’s an issue from them , they’ll ignore you..

I ordered food and it was delayed for an hour, then the order was canceled and the amount was refunded after waiting for an hour. Online chat is very bad, delayed responses
Paying with card never works. Even after submitting several complaints it’s still not resolved.
Its not a better alternative that its competitors, TMDONE and as a whole is way horrible, they’ve made me wait for over 40 minutes just so they can say we’re sorry, don’t depend on it cuz they'll not be on time
The drivers take 1-2 hours to deliver to you after they pick up the order, you will eqt your food ICE COLD.
The drivers are often late because they take multiple deliveries from different restaurants and deliver them to different parts of the city.
I don’t recommend at all.
Wont let me log into my number. Wont let me sign up with a new number. Wont let me use my credit card i always have to do cash. Really slow delivery it takes an hour or more sometimes. I hope all these issues are fixed.
Every time I open the application I should enter my address although already registered plus always it find something to crash!!!!!!! Always not working but crashing!!! Try to search for specific item or even click on chocolate tab !! So angry from TMDONE
