This App no longer works

I put this app on my iPad to keep up with my data and minutes on my cellphone it worked up until the recent update iOS update then it started to give me a message directing me to check my cellphone messages were I receive a message with a link to the website were you can see your data list and all every time I try to login my account this didn’t happen until apple updated their iOS so I’m not sure if you need to update your App but it’s not working & I have tried to download this app on my phone and it won’t download anymore neither.

Useless. Need pin to log in and can’t get one

Each time I attempt to open this app, it asks for my phone number so that it would send me a pin to verify. Then I get a text message that says “keyword not supported “. So I can never login and use the app to check my minutes or data. I’ve contacted Safelink many times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works and so therefore the app is completely useless to me.
