Just downloaded this to help send docs to my new landlord and the website and app are basically unusable. Not connected to my landlord even though I’m getting requests from them via this app email. When I log into the website: nothing. No way to see their requests or complete the action requested. When I open Innago it immediately crashes and closes out.

App starts up fine the very first time after downloading. Then you sign in and close Innago you won’t be able to open it back up. It just crashes.

It’s glitchy. There’s no easy way to message the land lord. And I hate it.

As a landlord, I am always trying to make things easier for me to manage my properties and make paying rent and submitting maintenance requests convenience for my tenants. But it always seem like there was never any software or a app that did it all. This software/app (this app) does it all but much more. I have been using it for almost a year and I love it but more importantly my tenants love the access to rent invoices and the ability to submit maintenance requests all through the tenant app.

I highly recommend landlords to use Innago. It has so many features.

Can't say enough positive things about this app. For landlords of all sizes, but especially smaller DIY landlords, the this app platform is fantastic. It allows for full automation of your rent collection, lease signing etc. Tons of great unique features like allowing partners to see certain properties but not your whole portfolio.

The customer support team is also great to work with and are open to feedback and suggestions to improve the site and experience.

Perfect app to pay rent with!

This is a no-brainer. Free to use and couldn’t be easier.

Makes it really easy to keep my rentals with me on the go. Just as easy to use and navigate as the web app.

Simple to use and free. Takes away the hassle of paying rent. No more mailing or going to the leasing office to drop a check. Call do all that from Innago with a few taps.

I like Innago . Very clean and easy to use. My only recommendation is that they add a Landscape orientation for the iPad app. As it is today, you can only open Innago in Portrait mode.

I love that I can pay rent through this app from Innago now! Makes it even more convenient. Easy to use, and customer service is really helpful whenever I have any questions.

My landlord used to only accept checks which was always a pain. When he switched to this app I was able to pay rent online and it made my life sooo much easier. I’ve also had to call them a couple times and their customer service has been amazing! Highly recommend.

This is the best tenant app I have used. It is easy to setup. I wont be using checks anymore.

The interface is very intuitive and by far the best user experience I have seen for tenant apps.
