I bought one tenant in addition to the two free ones a year ago. Did not work. I deleted DIYLandLord .
I gave it another try today. It restored my payment, but still does not work past two. Idiot bought a ten tenant package thinking maybe it would work. Like a broken machine: took my money- no tenants. Still does not work. DIYLandLord has no one to call or to communicate.
I guess I will have to call apple.
Or cancel my bank transaction.

Lots of great things, but saving to Dropbox does not save all the data input, only the in-app purchases, which causes headaches. You also can't track weekly payments, which I need to be able to do. Also can't use on multiple devices, which is ridiculous.

Good app and very useful but horrible customer service. After app update DIYLandLord crashed and did not work. I had to delete and reinstall. I lost all my data and my purchase for 10 extra tenants. Customer service could not help with a restore. They also have not replied to any of my email about 7 since early March. Even the in-app purchase through Apple ID was not recovered!

Been using DIYLandLord for few years on iPhone. As the new updates came for the iOS, it appears the developers have not updated DIYLandLord. Did the latest iOS update and can not use DIYLandLord. Pile of rent checks and I can not enter them. App crashes each time I make an entry then hit the done button. CRASH ! Time for good old fashion paper & pencil. Not Happy !

This update makes DIYLandLord runs very well just in time to do my tax. I rely on DIYLandLord so much to run my rental business. Please keep supporting DIYLandLord. Still the BEST landlord app on DIYLandLord Store.

Not a bad idea but it has lots of problems. It won't let me update past due payments and it doesn't update when you enter new info. I requested help 5 times with NO response. I ended up going back to paper to keep track of DIYLandLord , sort of defeats the purpose. Don't waste your money on this one.

Like the other review, I bought “10 tenants “ cause I needed more then the free two tenants you get with DIYLandLord . DIYLandLord randomly deletes all my information that I programmed into DIYLandLord . As I attempt to do the process of inputting my info into DIYLandLord , it has a glitch and again, all is deleted. 😩

Iv been using DIYLandLord for a year now. It works great for me. Extremely easy to use, and track income and expenses.

I selected to purchase additional tenants/properties and it did not work but my credit card was stilll charged. I go to DIYLandLord site and click on "contact us" and nothing happens. If this doesn't get fixed soon, then this is just a scam.

I would I can rate DIYLandLord to 0 . The owner just drop the ball . If you have 2 tenants DIYLandLord is OK for free If you buy more DIYLandLord is dead can not be unlock more than 2 even the owner . That why no one support , No mater you buy one tenant or 50 tenants .... STOP BUY NO MORE TENANTS SAVE YOUR MONEY BEFORE TOO LATE ..............

App shows promise but keeps crashing. Also I had previously lost all my data. Other than an attractive interface it’s unreliable and not worth buying or using.

Put in two rentals & I bought 10 (twice) & it still keeps saying that @ two rentals I still have to buy more. Have to send 1 star are it doesn't let me send or it would get zero stars!!!

Best landlord app that I could find but it stopped working after I purchased one tenant. 🙁 Had to delete it and search for a better, well maintained app.

Last update was almost two years ago... need to be able to customize invoices/receipts. The idea was great... just need to keep up with it.

Works for two tenants but can’t add third I’ve paid to add third 3 times but still don’t work and no way I can contact any one for support. Waste of time and money

How do you get In touch with someone paid twice for 50 tenants and still can't put more than 2... wish my I pad and iPhone would work togeather

Terrible app. It lists my tenants as past due for 3 months before their lease began. I can't get any support from customer service.
