I LIVE AT 71 WEST WARWICK AVE APT4, WEST WARWICK RI 02893 MY LANDLORDS PHONE NUMBER AND ADRESS ARE MISSING. I CAN'T FILL OUT FORMS WIHOUT THAT INFORMATION. 71 WEST WARWICK AVE WAS JUST PURCHASES BY AN UNKOWN SOMEONE.

Just downloaded this to help send docs to my new landlord and the website and app are basically unusable. Not connected to my landlord even though I’m getting requests from them via Innago email. When I log into the website: nothing. No way to see their requests or complete the action requested. When I open the app it immediately crashes and closes out.
App can’t start up after you save your log in

App starts up fine the very first time after downloading. Then you sign in and close the app you won’t be able to open it back up. It just crashes.
